"Ms [Member Name Removed] we haven't heard from you. When doing your project we witnessed all kinds of emotions from you. You indeed told us where to install the drain and how you wanted it done. When the technicians tried to explain different options to several of your projects you blamed them for yelling at you. During the project you called many times and wanted a manager on site right away. We dropped everything and catered to your needs, I don't think your fair in not explaining what really happen your more upset in telling us how to perform the work and since their is no rules to installing a french drain we did what you told us. We even repaired many sprinkler lines that were directly in the path you told us to dig. When we explained you would need to pay for these the first 3 were on us you produced a map of the sprinklers you had the whole time. Hardly fair you type a review and you haven't contacted us I hope the public can see right through this complaint. I didn't advise you to install a french drain nor do I have control over the unusual amount of rain we have received. Keep in mind you came to us wanting a french drain install and you told us how you wanted it done, We reviewed with you a better plan and we knew it wouldn't solve all your septic drain issues. We explained this all to you. The technician you claimed screamed at you once I arrived you admitted he didn't scream at you, and lately you were just emotional from some cancer treatments. It is hardly our fault the drain doesn't work as you have designed it. The actual charge for the drain was $700.00 and if you can prove we did something other than what we told you I will refund your money. I know that you cannot do that because I was at your house several times in 4 days and you were completely satisfied before you would pay and you ask us to bid more work, several months later on a drain a lot can happen including roots and weeds. You gave me an F on all the repairs and stated them all above but yet your only upset over a very small portion of the repair we really have no control over. Its a shame you wold do this to all the men who have families that work for this company when you are truly not being totally honest in your complaint. the house flooded during the hurricane and the major problem is the gutters and the extended are of the back patio in which you were saying you were doing the work your self. the flooding you show in your house that is the right side where we put the drain in has nothing to do with the flooding at the back door. Please provide pictures of the back patio addition that was done horribly wrong by whoever and your house was a claim by the insurance and all the floors were replaced. If that why you installed this french drain it has nothing to do with the water coming in your house. I am sorry but its real unfortunate you would try and place this blame on us. The back yard pavers we installed and create a pond at the back door. the french drain is at the side of the house by the septic tank???"
"Randy has the right to refuse service to anyone. The truth of the matter is you let your son at home and for him to answer the door. Randy was there for a free estimate and you told him the windows were an exact fit. When Randy personally called back to reschedule you told him that the windows weren't as big as the holes and we would need to fill out the difference. Randy had not priced for that. So the next morning technicians came at promptly 0830 (my second time coming free of charge) when technicians didn't get and answer at the door and they took a picture of the black truck and the front door. Truth be told when you called back you ask Randy what time we were there and you handed the phone to your son for Randy to get into the middle of a family debate. Randy spent about 5 minutes with him on the phone and all he could say was he was there? Well I knew that with the truck but he didn't answer the door. You have several dogs Randy met when doing the estimate. For $200 to install windows it was hardly worth getting in the middle of your family squabble and have your son saying the technician weren't telling the truth. We tried to accommodate you we have been to your house 2 times at no charge with the current gas prices, we just didn't see the need to come the third time when you and your son couldn't see eye to eye as to how we were suppose to get in to change the wrongly sized windows. I still cant understand as to why if you special ordered them you didn't get the right size. The job appeared to be something I didn't want to associate my name with after learning the windows weren't the right size. When I had to referee the family squabble I just wasn't interested. I hope many folks reading this understand a young man that had a girl in his room the first time I was there mid morning and they were still in bed possibly could have not told the truth to his dad, for some reason dad wanted me to drag the truth out of the young man. i thought the pictures of the truck and front door was plenty proof. Randy didn't feel the need to debate it with his son when he placed me on the phone after already being at the house twice we didn't wanna waste anymore trips, current gas prices are hard to budget on a wild goose chase. We requested a $85 trip charge for the missed appointee and that's when the debate started as to who was telling the truth. The technicians certainly had proof."
