Dave was GREAT! Thorough, informative, professional. Walked the roof, went into the attic, checked the irrigation system (which I hadn’t expected). Found things we were NOT aware of. Recommend him highly!

Very prompt, professional service!

Extremely well. David was a few minutes late, but let us know. Once he was there, he did an extremely thorough inspection of the property. He identified a number of major safety issues that needed repair such as arcing due to improper aluminum wire connections. He climbed on the roof and up in the attic; thoroughly inspected the entire house. He provided his detailed report within 36 hours so that we were within our 10 day period for identifying problems.

Straight to the point and complete report. The inspection was lengthy which was great because I needed all of the facts in order to determine I was getting a great home. David made my family comfortable with his report even found mold that luckily wasn't the bad kind and could be treated. I will recommend to everyone at my law firm and my clients!

They did good! They provided a hurricane mitigation inspection, which was very thorough with accompanying photos. Which resulted in a reduction in my homeowners insurance. 
I called them one day and they were out the next.

Excellent job on our inspection

The inspector arrived on time and performed a detailed inspection.  Once the inspection was complete, he pointed out the areas of importance and/or concern.  He was very professional in manner.  And he was able to explain the issues to us in a way that we understood.  The written report was delivered via e-mail promptly. The report was detailed and included photos of the issues.  Please note that the price included a Wind Mitigation Report.  We were happy with the thoroughness of the inspection and the price.  We recommend  Jax House Doctor.

The inspector showed up prior to the appointment time so the inspection started on time. Before he began the inspection he explained to me what he was there to do and answered all my questions. He was very personable and pleasant. After the inspection I received the report with an explanation of what information is presented in the report.
