Very professional and personable company. Always on time or called saying they were 10/15 mins. behind. Great workmanship. Staff was super helpful and the price was the lowest quote as well. My only concern was communication from the scheduling team, which was a bit bumpy, otherwise excellent and our counters and sink are PERFECTION!!! LOVE IT!!!

I would not ever ever hire these people again. Communication skills are less than .5 Install the counter top after installing one that did not match. Did not even call me for 2nd final installation just showed up. Bad experience does not cover it. They may have been 5 star but not now in my experience.

I am very disappointed with the service received from this business. My first order didn't make it on the truck and that caused a delay in the installation. Now the installers are here and the person who measures the template messed up so the material has to go back to the shop to finish. The end result is that I am having to reschedule the glass people again for the 2nd time. I am really disappointed with Jacksonville Granite.

The ability to visit there office and go through there selection of Granite slabs. To be able to compare the different grades of granite and see the difference in quality, by seeing the whole slab of granite.

The workmanship was excellent and the price unbeatable. There were a couple of minor corrections that they had to return to address. They did this without argument or difficulty. The finished product was truly excellent and the people were polite and professional. We recommend them without reservation.

Company was quick to come out. I hired to cut holes, they did not measure properly and holes are not lined up correctly. $125 to cut two holes in counter seems very expensive! Otherwise techs were nice.

"The holes we enlarged was based on another contractor cutting the holes to small.. We have no control on the placement of the existing holes. We were willing to come out the same day, however the customer was not able to commit. We went to the customers house the next day to correct someone else's mistake. The $125 service charge for 24 hr turn around was a very fair price."
