We have used Jacksonville Granite several times to install countertops in two of our homes. Their work is done right and the installers are very professional. I would highly recommend Jacksonville Granite! They do beautiful work.

Everyone was nice and prompt. The work was completed quickly and looked great.

Very professional! I remodeled the kitchen before I sold my house. The job was done very quickly at high quality. The price is also pretty reasonable. I would use them again for my next project.

My only concern was communication from the scheduling team, which was a bit bumpy, otherwise excellent and our counters and sink are PERFECTION!!! LOVE IT!!!

I would not ever ever hire these people again. Communication skills are less than .5 Install the counter top after installing one that did not match. Did not even call me for 2nd final installation just showed up. Bad experience does not cover it. They may have been 5 star but not now in my experience.

The ability to visit there office and go through there selection of Granite slabs. To be able to compare the different grades of granite and see the difference in quality, by seeing the whole slab of granite.

Mike and his staff were pleasant to work with and very respectful.

The workmanship was excellent and the price unbeatable. There were a couple of minor corrections that they had to return to address. They did this without argument or difficulty. The finished product was truly excellent and the people were polite and professional. We recommend them without reservation.

Very professional and courteous - and accomodating during our decision process! Only teeny angst was a change in the installation date that we weren't notified of, but I had called and all worked out great. Beautiful workmanship.

FANTASTIC!!!

Company was quick to come out. I hired to cut holes, they did not measure properly and holes are not lined up correctly. $125 to cut two holes in counter seems very expensive! Otherwise techs were nice.
