I never worry when they watch my cats, they send me a daily test with a picture of the cat to let me know how they are doing, also they are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.

I recommend Home Alone Preferred Pet Care to all of my friends and family. Missie and her local team here in Florida truly understand that pets are family. I can't say enough kind words about William our primary care giver to our large dogs. Williams sends us photos and updates, so we know our dogs are well cared for. The dogs are never stressed when we leave because they know they will have their friend William visiting and taking good care of them.

Missie and her team, Bill and Diane, are the most responsible and professional pet sitting service in Central Florida. Missie is meticulous in going over detail after detail regarding our pets before we leave, Bill calls us the day before to confirm every detail again. Misty and her team are beyond a blessing! I have had several medical emergencies where I had to go in the hospital for days without notice. Missy and Diane have been true lifesavers! They jumped into action taking care of my elderly cat for days at a time without notice. They even offered to help me with any other needs and kept checking on me while I was in the hospital. They are true angels! And my grumpy old cat loves them too!

Exceptionally professional and friendly. Dogs really respond to the care given in a friendly manner. Constant stream of communication between us and care givers for updates on how each visit went. Plenty of pictures as well. Almost like being there in person. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
