Bill Manassa with Help U Sell First Coast Realty has been our family realtor for approximately 30 years. My husband and I sold 3 homes and bought 4 homes and he was our realtor every time. He was also my Mother's and sister's realtor when they bought and sold their homes. He just recently (May, 2014) helped my daughter and her family buy their first home. As you can see, this is why we call Bill our and quot;familyand quot; Realtor and we would never ever use anyone else!
Bill works very hard and always goes way above and beyond his duties as a realtor to make sure your home buying or home selling experience goes smoothly and is enjoyable. His knowledge of the vast amount of real estate transactions and procedures is unbelievable as he has been in the business for many years. Along with his knowledge, his honesty and integrity are his greatest assets and it shows in everything he does.

I listed a house with Help-U-Sell in August 2011 to the end of March 2012. My realtor, Mr. Manassa, was very personable and capable during the entire time the house was in contract and up for sale.
