Dubo Roofing Co

Dubo replaced my roof in 2018 so when, due to an accident, I needed yet another roof I contacted Dubo. I also learned they had started to offer services beyond the roof. The quality of the repair of my home was excellent as was my new roof and supporting framing and infrastructure. I was also very pleased with the fact that all debris and construction waste was removed and my home was cleaned. In sum excellent service and value was delivered.

The do a good job, but are expensive.

It went very well. Problem was solved and no more leaks four months after work was completed. In fact, it rained (poured!) a couple of hours after the job was finished with no leaks. Very satisfied with the quality of the job and the professionalism, responsiveness and promptness of the company and the workers.

Perfect. Three days of work and the new roof is outstanding. Crews were punctual and complete the task efficiently and effectively. James took my concerns seriously and provided continuous communication. I would recommend DUBO to any of my acquaintances.

Mr. Duncan worked with the tenant at the home to schedule the work and she was very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship. I would hire this company without hesitation in the future.

First day was removing the old roofing, second and third days were installation and fourth day was cleaning and touchup. James made sure the work was done properly even though the temperature was over 90 degrees every day. Kudos to the team.

Repair was excellent, coming home from work, I did not even know that they had been in my yard, as no debris was left.
I always Have a great experience every time I call them for roofing issues. Glad to know there is someone I can count on.
They resealed around chimney flashing, replace shingles and any rotting wood.

Salesperson was very punctual and answered my questions promptly. Work took a couple of days. They proposed a roof that came with a 15 year manufacturer warranty and a 5 year Dubo warranty.. The roof is like a super heavy duty rubber where water can sit on it and not penetrate. The owner came out and did work on the roof as well to make sure everything was done well since I had posts on my roof with railing and the posts needed to be sealed right. Dubo roofing did an excellent job--they came out when they said they would, kept in constant contact with me and even followed up afterwards to make sure I registered my warranty with the manufacturer. The roof passed inspection by the city and most importantly no leaks at all. I would definitely use Dubo roofing again

The crew were professional and friendly. Did a very good job. The job was finished in one day. when they left, the only way you could tell they had been there was a new roof. I will use them again when needed.

I initially called Mr. Duncan out to give me an estimate. I was not home at the time, but he was able to give me an estimate and email it to me. We were contemplating installing a skylight, but after learning from Mr. Duncan about the leaking issues with skylights we decided against it.

It was several months before we were able to have the roof installed because we were waiting for our old house to sell. Once that house sold I called Mr. Duncan and asked him if they could squeeze us in over the New Year holiday while we were out of town. He told me that wouldn't be a problem, I just needed to choose my shingles, trim color, and sign some paperwork.

Unfortunately, Mr. Duncan is not always the best at getting back with you. We finally got everything taken care of and were shocked on Friday, December 30th to suddenly hear BANG! BANG! BANG! (The installation was scheduled for when we were out of town since we have a toddler and infant and my husband works from home.) Evidently, Mr. Duncan forgot to tell us the materials would be delivered that Friday and that they pound nails supports into the roof so the materials can sit up where they are needed. It wasn't a huge deal, but my husband (who was on a conference call at the time) was shocked to hear the banging.

When we arrived home we were happy to see our new roof was installed. Although, the next morning while lying in bed we heard BANG! BANG! BANG! above the garage. Mr. Duncan had neglected to let me know they had to wait on additional materials and had a little bit of work left to do the next day.

Once everything was finally completed we received complements from the neighbors. I had asked Mr. Duncan for a wind mitigation report for applying for new homeowners insurance. It took a little longer than I would have liked for it to be delivered, and then my insurance needed photographs of the underside of the roof (from the attic) so it was a few more weeks to get that scheduled in (and Mr. Duncan was late for the meeting).

I was very pleased with the work, but the communication could have been better. Of course, it might have been a little better if we were at home during the re-roofing.

Overall things went very good. We really needed a new roof and we had them come and do an estimate. They were very professional and the price was very competitive. We are really happy with the way the job came out.

This experience was very good. This company was responsive in setting a quick appointment to assess the circumstances. The repair was promptly completed and the leaks have stopped.. I called one other company for an estimate before calling Dubo. The first company's quote was around $750 while Dubo's charge was $250.

After a storm, some shingles had blown off the roof. I called DUBO Roofing and spoke to Mr. Duncan and told him I needed someone to check the roof for damage and see what needed to be done. He came over that afternoon and said the roof still looks good and replacing the shingles and repairing some wood rot should be all that is needed at this time. He returned the next day and completed the repair in about an hour. I was impressed with the professionalism and concern shown for this small problem and the quickness in which it was handled.

They were good and they repaired my roof almost the day after he came out.
