David Ward Contracting Inc. has been in business since 1981 and is a second generation builder. He is a General Contractor and can build commercial and residential projects. We can add a room, build a new home or remodel what you already have from the floor up. Our bids are itemized so that we can help you stay within your budget. If one item is too high we will help you find another one just as nice at a lower price. David went above and beyond what we asked. For example, I mentioned to my husband that the weatherstripping was not right and David corrected this at no extra cost. The staining he did on the cabinets was wonderful. When guests come to visit, they cannot tell the difference between the original cabinets and the added cabinets. Anytime I asked him what job was next, he would keep me up to date. His subcontractors would always keep in touch with me. They were all very good and professional. They did their work and nobody tried to sell me anything extra. He went by the plan and it was wonderful.
The only trouble we experienced had nothing to do with David or his subcontractors. The quartz counter tops were on back order which extended the time in which the job would be done. Because we were scheduled to go on vacation and the job still needed to be completed, David was so trustworthy, I left a key with him so he could finish the job while we were on vacation.
For the second job, he did a wonderful job of keeping things in order. He kept the sawdust contained and cleaned up very well after the job. I was very impressed with the staircase as not just anyone can do the detail he included.
