They serviced me every since I been at that former address, which was about fifteen and sixteen years ago. I recommend them.

AC was acting up, Darnell AC was recommended to by a friend, so I called and glad I did. Honest and friendly. ill be recommending them to all my friends.

Heat pump had a bad compressor. Got an estimate to replace the unit. Went with another business to replace the heat pump because of a better price.

I was very please with every aspect of the service and repair. I just think the cost was too much, a reflection on the Company, but more so the industry. I am very please with Darnell Air Conditioning and Heating Inc and I would use them and recommend them to others.

Our 2-story home has two units for heating and cooling. Both units have been in use since the home was build in 1986. In the last several years, we have had problems with the unit cooling and heating the family room and downstairs bedrooms.

We started looking several months ago for a service provider. We got two estimates, and decided to go with Darnell. We did look on Angie's list for several providers in the area.
We were very pleased with Bryan and his staff, including the office staff. He was very thorough in his assessment of the job, and most importantly he was professional and showed up when he scheduled.
The unit and ductwork installation was completed last week, and the new breakers were installed today.
We would definitely use Darnell Air Conditioning and Heating again, and would recommend the firm to our friends.

They're licensed. We had a problem, he fixed it, and we were satisfied. I knew his son in law from church and I knew they were good people. I knew he was a good man, in a matter of fact I made Christmas cards for him. We have had somebody else out before but we wanted to try someone that we knew better. I would say that they are reliable, honest, and reasonable. I don't remember the price but it wasn't an outrageous amount.

When our air conditioning system first gave us problems (it was 30 years old), we called Darnell out to have it repaired. We were told at the time that the system needed to be replaced. Since we didn't have the money to replace it, we were offered two solutions to fix it. We opted for the least expensive (repairing a fan) which we were told may last a few days or a few months. Unfortunately the fix only lasted a couple of days. We had a birthday party scheduled at our home the next day when the air conditioner stopped working. We called Darnell and they came out and replaced the fan, not even charging us extra for it not being during regular work hours. We were so pleased that we decided to use Darnell when the air conditioner finally died for good almost a year later. Russ was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional. The install went without a hitch. We have recommended Darnell to at least five other people with air conditioning problems.

Russ is another one of those contractors I have depended on over the years. He is quite trustworthy, very clean and very professional. I am always happy to see him and know that my air conditioner will always run perfectly because of his support.

Darnell Air Conditioning and Heating came when they said they would. He was very prompt and the price was good. He answered all my questions, too. He was very nice and friendly. I really liked him.
