 + -1 moreBad, the installer booked me for units and services not performed when installed. I just got another $11 increase which happens several times per year.
Description of Work: Comcast is the worst. They suck you in to service with some promotion, and then consistently raise prices even though you are under contract. Then the keep adding additional charges saying they made a mistake in your billing. The internet service is OK, the TV menus are not organized by channel providers, and waste a lot of time trying to find what you are looking for. It is just a hodgepodge of mixed channels to sort through.
