It easy, but annoying to have to call them. You have to select through a bunch of choices to get to speak to a live person, and some of the choices are confusing. The representative was friendly, but not very helpful. I was not able to get the situation resolved to my satisfaction. They give you the same spiel of why your bill is what it is, and nothing is going to change. Unfortunately they are the only people in my area who I can get cable from.
