Arrived right on time. looked over the project and went right to work. Jeff was very knowlegable and did very good work. Cleaned both work areas well before leaving and took all old parts with him for disposal. They charged the quoted price and gave a 15% discount because I was an Angie's list member. Jeff discovered that the water valve to the house was frozen in place and recommended it be replaced. I don't like broken things, so I asked for a quote. He gave me a quote and went to Lowe's to get the parts and came back and replaced the valve. If I have additional need for a plumber,they will be the ones I call.

After speaking with another plumbing company trying to get some work done, who by the way is supposed to be working on my bathroom remodel that starts in two weeks, they quit returning my calls or emails. I got fed up and found CCMP online. I emailed them at 10 p.m. and the next morning got a call from Jim. Unfortunately, I missed the call as I was in a meeting but I got another call from Jeff within a couple of hours after I failed to return their call. Jeff said he could come out within a couple of hours and give me an estimate. I was in a desperate situation as we had a bad setup from a previous contractor (5 years ago!) and we have guests coming in from out of town next week. Jeff and his helper showed up. I informed them what the other plumber quoted me and Jeff said he would try to get it as close to that as possible. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bigger job than originally thought and I needed it done, and I wanted it done right this time. Jeff said he could go ahead and do it right then and I was ecstatic so I let them do the job. Jeff gave me a ballpark price before he had to open the wall but we exceeded the estimated because of the extra time and labor involved. I didn't care at that point. However, the discount as an Angie's List member helped to lessen the sting!
Jeff opened the wall from behind the shower (in the adjacent room) because it was impossible to get the work done from the front due to a broken cross piece in the wall. He cut the drywall as neatly as possible so as to preserve the pieces for reinstallation. I got one more hole in the wall than I bargained for but that was unavoidable to get the job done correctly. They removed the old fixtures (entire bath/shower combo set up) and the valve in the wall, as we were changing the fixtures back to Delta and it was necessary. I already had the fixtures in hand when they showed. Once they assessed what supplies they needed, they left for approx 45 mins (which he told me he would be gone for) to go to the store. They replaced the PVC the old contractor had used with copper and CPVC where necessary to make it right. All in all, they did the repairs, installed the new fixtures, put the drywall pieces back onto the wall at my request, and cleaned up after themselves. Even when they went to the store, they cleaned up the mess before they left.
As I said above, we are having the master bath remodeled in two weeks. Jeff gave me an estimate on the work for that and even some helpful suggestions about how we could keep costs down and less demo on that job.
The shower head now does not wiggle, the tub spout does not move, and the water efficient shower head I purchased gave my teenage son a shower that felt like he had been sand blasted. Awesome!

Theirs was the second time I had these guys out to the house. The first time was to uninstall the dishwasher. While there I asked Jeff to look at the plumbing under the sink. It had been terribly installed several years ago with a kitchen remodel. Jeff quoted me a price and agreed to fix it on the spot. He brought it up to code and even moved the disposal from one side of the sink to the other side where I originally wanted it. Jeff was very professional and cleaned up every bit of mess made. He also let me look over his shoulder and ask a bunch of questions which he answer without irritation. He even answered other plumbing questions for me and suggested how I could do it myself or have them do it. This call was to reinstall the dishwasher i had them remove before. They were again prompt with e same attention to detail and cleanliness. I will definitely use these guys again in the future!!

- Called me soon after I purchased the deal to set up an appointment. He was prompt and professional. Listened well to what I needed, gave estimates, discussed options. CCMP was initially called to give an estimate for the listed work along with a possible repipe of the entire house which would have cast $5600.00. They could have easily convinced me the repipe was needed but did some further investigation and discovered that the existing piping in my house was still in good working order saving me almost $3000.00. The rest of the work took approximately 2.5 days to complete. While work was being performed they did their best to ensure I had water available as much as possible to minimize my inconvenience. Any problems that came up during the project (they discovered a cracked valve at the well) were dealt with by CCMP at no additional labor cost.
Overall the project went very well for the amount of work performed on an older home. They kept me well informed of progress and if any questions/issues came up, they explained my options and gave their recommendations before proceeding.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work (minor or major) performed.

I am Completely satisfied with all aspects of the service I received
from Clay County Master Plumbing. All appointment times were kept as
promised. I was given a very thorough explanation of what my options
were to fix a water leak in my house which was coming from an unknown
source. The service man, Jeff was not rushed and made sure I understood
what I had to chose from without encouraging me one way or the other. I
chose the lesser repair because I was offered a credit toward any
further repairs within 60 days. While I do not foresee the need for
their services in 60 days it is nice to have that perk if I do. The
estimate I was given was exactly as stated. When I mentioned to Jeff
that I was going to purchase a new toilet soon and have it installed by
...... he explained he could install it for half the cost so I had that
done too. He even picked it up at the store for me. Jeff was always
polite, professional and efficient. This company is no doubt setting the
standard for excellent plumbing service. I would not hesitate to

The bathroom remodel was a six week project in the heat of summer, yet all involved remained cheerful and dedicated to the job. Little changes (also, some big changes) and obstacles did not upset them. They just plugged away, showing up each day on time. If another emergency job came up Jim was very careful to let me know what was going on and what the schedule would be. He moved the project along, anticipating what the next step would be and being prepared for it, and he was careful to keep things as clean as possible. I'm very glad I use CCMP for my plumbing.
To me and my wife, now, Jim is not a contractor, but a good neighbor I can count on when I need his help.

I bought a coupon for plumbing services from Angie's list. Apparently the coupon offer was a major success for Clay County Master Plumbing and he was booked solid for a while. Still, Jeff who I think is the principal there was willing to work out a suitable date and time with me - I appreciated that.
Jeff arrived on the agreed upon date and time. He was professional and courteous. He was pretty skilled and finished up the work quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend his services and use them myself again when the need arises.

James *always* answers the phone and when he can't, he is very apologetic that he missed it. An immediate positive. Being able to reach someone immediately is always a plus.
I had to perform the entire service over the phone and they were very professional and responsive. I needed someone to tell me why there was tile coming off the bathroom wall and why the wood was wet behind it.
On the first visit to my property, the tech noted that there was possible mold damage and that I would have to call in a specialist to analyze it further since they are not trained in proper mold exposure/handling techniques. Got the sheetrock/drywall guy to investigate safely and determined we were in the clear. Turned out it was just a leaky faucet that was shooting water straight at the exterior wall and had weakened the grout so water had intruded into the wall but the damage was localized to just that area.
The scheduling then got very specific since the sheetrock guy was going to do the teardown and re-install, but the plumbing had to be done in-between. I gave them very little notice AND I gave them the time frame I needed them to be there to accomodate the drywall guy. They were able to get right back there by moving stuff around (their schedule was modified to work with mine, a HUGE plus) in the short time. They knew I was eager to get this done quickly as it is in a rental property that is vacant and not show-able until the repairs are completed, therefore I am paying a mortgage and receiving no income on it.
They came at the promised time and now I have another call in to them to come look at a leaky toilet. James, again has been stellar at getting back to me when promised and I'm sure this will be a smooth experience, also.
Even though they are based in Clay County they made no issue of helping me in the Arlington area of Jacksonville. (I've had other vendors tell me that because I'm so far they have to schedule me differently because I am out of their way.)

I purchased the 'big deal' from Angie's List for $99 for 2 hours of plumbing service. I purchased my own disposal and set up the appointment with James (patiently answered all my questions and was very friendly). Jeff arrived at 8am (although appt was for 9:30am). He was also very friendly, quick and professional (even with my toddler stealing his tools :). Will be using them again in the future.
