The roof on the detached garage was shot when we purchased our property, so we knew it had to be replaced immediately.  Charlie Zornes' Crew did a great job.  When they started to take off the old roofing, more damage than we originally anticipated became evident.  Some of the rafters had to be replaced, a nest of carpenter ants had to be exterminated, the eave soffits had to be complete redone, etc.  The roof was in such bad shape when we bought it that the peak was crooked and sagging.  I'm really impressed with the work Charlie's crew did to remediate the roof.  It's been several months since we had the work done and it still looks great.  You can't tell that there was ever a problem with the peak of the roof.  They even took care to adapt and re-jig the decorative roof supports, since they didn't quite go back the same way after the roof was repaired.  The crew was also very friendly and took care to clean up after the job.  I will definitely be calling Charlie again when we need work done.

I liked the guy. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He had a good crew and was punctual. He kept the place cleaned up. He was very conscientious.
