B-Cool did a very nice job. Tech showed up on time. Gave us options on the type of thermostat to use (we chose the Honeywell wi-fi enabled), installed it, and he took the time to show us how it worked. He also checked out the unit and explained the issues we face (it is over 23 years old) and options for replacing it. The thermostat works really well and we have a much better way to monitor the temperature (and do it remotely).

Professional and hard working company. They serviced my old unit until it finally kicked the bucket. They came out and did some hard work to pull the old unit out of the house (the room had been a garage and now a bedroom so the unit was in a very hard place to remove.) They installed a new unit at a good price and where a pleasure to work with. All around great job.

I was a little hesitant to use Matt from B-Cool due to the lack of reviews, but his price was much better than the 4-5 other companies that we got quotes from. I asked for references and spoke with two. Matt saved me a lot of money. Two months later our new unit is working great. No complaints from me. I will definitely use him as my first choice if our other unit goes out.

There were two things they did. One was on our porch, the morning sun baked the room to unbearable levels. They came out to service an existing and old A/C unit. We discussed it and they gave me options. They were informative and honest. I went with a Mitsubishi unit that keeps that room wonderful. Later, a friend had A/C issues. We called them to look at it for her. They got on the phone with me and discussed the situation and possible solutions. We agreed and she was up and running for a minimal charge. Again, they were informative and honest. I just trust them, they have earned it.
