This contractor went above and beyond the call of duty and not only fixed out problem but also gave us some great advice to help maintain our AC unit for the future. I will now be calling them if there is ANYTHING I need for my AC and REFER him to everyone. THANK YOU!

Contacted company Sunday a.m. following 4th of July. A real person answered the phone at around 8:30 a.m. Was informed we would be contacted between 10 and 1 with serviceman's availability. Were contacted in timeframe and told serviceman would arrive in half hour; actual arrival was 25 minutes. Serviceman extremely professional and knowledgeable, very helpful. Fixed unit, offered a service agreement, performed a preventative maintenance check per purchased agreement and discounted invoice per agreement. Offered advice on maintaining system and said he would check with his office to see if the replaced part may have been under warranty. Office contacted me to indicate part not under warranty, unit is 7 years old. They did everything they committed to when they said they would.
