Shaun Wilkerson Drywall, LLC

Mr. Wilkerson demanded cash for materials and promised to return first thing in the morning. He never showed and never called. Two weeks later after threatening him, he returned and hung drywall, but damaged light fixtures and the drywall was hung haphazardly, including left broken in places he forced it, and bulging over electrical outlets because of bad cuts. He left without warning me he was leaving and left over 150 drywall screws scattered over the worksite, as well as 4 beer cans he tossed from his car window. He never returned to finish the work, but demanded full payment because he claimed our contract stated he was only to hang the drywall. I have the contract that states he was to finish and texture the drywall. He has never returned and we had to finish the job ourselves. He was paid a total of $820 for materials and half the work up front. He supplied only drywall screws, no other materials, although he was contracted and paid to supply all materials. The work he did was less than 25% of the entire job.
