I listed my home for sale 2.5 years ago. Even though the septic field had been working fine without problems Tri County failed the septic inspection meaning I would have to replace the field to sell the home. I lost the sale. Then I got a second opinion and the field passed just fine. I took the house off the market and rented it. The septic system has been working correctly, no problems before or since. Beware if your field works properly and a company fails it, get a second opinion.
Tri-County came out to my home today to pump-out the septic tank. They would not pump out or remove the sand in the bottom of the tank.

One of the residents called me to report the septic system odor was backing up into one of the bathrooms. I called Tri County Septic Services and he answered my call himself. Though he was on his way to another town for a service call, he told me he could go to the house following the current service call. He also told me the range of the cost for the service depending on what he found onsite.
When he arrived at the house he called me promptly after the service to tell me what he found and did for service.
A few days later I asked the resident about the service call and she reported a great review and that the workers were thorough, polite and efficient.
This company's response was quick and complete and I would not hesitate to use or refer them to anyone. His rates were VERY competitive; don't waste your time and money, call this guy !!
Very professional and courteous. They were able to advise me of a drain field failure (which I had some minor prior knowledge of from my dad) and tell me what the septic system replacement costs might be which I thought was awesome since I would need a number to budget for. They also talked with me about updates and getting the system up to code (the house and tank were built in the 50s).
The price was very reasonable as well.
