Called on Monday get a quote and a time frame for when they can come out. The man on the phone was a little too short with his responses but we scheduled the pump out anyways. Was told between 10-12 on Tuesday. No one showed up. At around 3 I called them to see what was going on and he said there was a issue with scheduling and didn't know where they were but he would see and call me back. Never received a call back. Very disappointed with this company. I had hope with all the good reviews I had read before calling them. Would not recommend.

We made an appointment to have our tank pumped as we were experiencing back up into our shower. They did not come at our arrange time, we actually waited all day for them to come. They came and dug up the wrong tank (outgoing) and explained to my husband that we did not need the tank pumped, we needed a plumber. He took $125 for a service call and left. We went with his recommendation and spent nearly $400 to have our entire house snaked out. It didn't work. The plumber dug up the tank and it was filled to the brim. I called Tri county to have someone back out to pump the tank. I explained the scenario and told them I would only be willing to pay $100 additional dollars as if they had pumped the tank the first time it would have been $225. They agreed and said they would make arrangements and then stopped taking Our calls. We had to call another company and pay $230. As you can see in the picture the tank was full and had to be pumped. Once it was, we did not have any other issues with our plumbing. I am happy to provide copies of all of the receipts from the plumbers and the other septic companies.

I listed my home for sale 2.5 years ago. Even though the septic field had been working fine without problems Tri County failed the septic inspection meaning I would have to replace the field to sell the home. I lost the sale. Then I got a second opinion and the field passed just fine. I took the house off the market and rented it. The septic system has been working correctly, no problems before or since. Beware if your field works properly and a company fails it, get a second opinion.

Tri-County came out to my home today to pump-out the septic tank.  They would not pump out or remove the sand in the bottom of the tank.

From the first time I meant with him for an estimate till the job was finished he was very professional , informative and friendly . He kept in touch about the permit. His time line was accurate. They did a great job of installing the drain field and when the job was done and inspection was okayed they did a great job of smoothing out the yard. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Tri County on a Friday and they came out the next day. Larry, the man who pumped out the septic was very knowledgeable about the system. He answered all our questions. I recommend this company and would us them again. I give them a 10.

Tri County Septic replaced our worn out drain field. Their cost was slightly higher than others but I chose them because of their rational approach to actually analyzing our problem before they told us what we needed. They did the work quickly and professionally leaving my yard ready for sod. The hole was only open for 24 hours. A neighbor using a different company had a hole in his yard for 5 days. The city inspector did two things that indicated that he expected excellent work from these guys and that's not normal for our inspectors. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I need septic work.

I have no complaints. They came to me. I did not go to them. I was a happy camper! They came out in September. They did it promptly. They had good reviews online.

The price was great! The only complaint is they were 35 mins late and I had to call them 10 mins after scheduled appointment time. Once here everything went good. We would use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. They have to dig up rock yard, do the work and put it back down. I would use again.

The rental units are a long distance away and I rely on Angie's List for the service providers to help with the problems as they arise.
One of the residents called me to report the septic system odor was backing up into one of the bathrooms. I called Tri County Septic Services and he answered my call himself. Though he was on his way to another town for a service call, he told me he could go to the house following the current service call. He also told me the range of the cost for the service depending on what he found onsite.
When he arrived at the house he called me promptly after the service to tell me what he found and did for service.
A few days later I asked the resident about the service call and she reported a great review and that the workers were thorough, polite and efficient.
This company's response was quick and complete and I would not hesitate to use or refer them to anyone. His rates were VERY competitive; don't waste your time and money, call this guy !!

These guys are GREAT! Im out of state and I needed someone who could go to my late father's house in Debary and do this work since my new tenants were having bad backup issues. They scheduled me quickly, did a great job at the house, and took my payment info over the phone
Very professional and courteous. They were able to advise me of a drain field failure (which I had some minor prior knowledge of from my dad) and tell me what the septic system replacement costs might be which I thought was awesome since I would need a number to budget for. They also talked with me about updates and getting the system up to code (the house and tank were built in the 50s).
The price was very reasonable as well.

The gentleman that did the pump out service was on time and had called to let me know he was on his way. He was very efficient and professional, as well as polite and friendly. Did a good job of clean up. Very satisfied.
