I found Roualty Fence though Angie list initially because he was rated as one of the top fence installing companies. I am very happy with finding Frank and having my fence installed by him. Frank does great work, takes the time so show/explain to you the difference in his fences, and why his are superior. He is highly skilled and hard working. As the owner of the company, he comes out and installs the fence which is unique, but helps him ensure the job is done correctly. I would recommend Frank to anyone looking for a quality fence.

Wow! Royalty Fence did an awesome job installing our 2-tone vinyl fence. We were blessed to have this company recommended to us by another satisfied customer. We checked out the company on Angi and found him very qualified to do the job. We were not disappointed. Frank assisted us throughout the whole process from design, permit application and installation. Even when we had some issues with FPL, property lines and permit, Frank worked with us to get issues resolved expeditiously, resulting in no further delays. The company's work ethics, honesty and quality are beyond expectations. The final product is beyond words and worth every dollar spent. Thank you Royalty Fence. Frank and his crew did an amazing job with installing a new fence for our busy street side. He made sure that all of our requests were possible and then delivered exactly as we discussed. Frank showed up consistently, and worked through rain to finish the project. Our fence looks great, and we will be calling him back to finish another portion of our backyard.

We hired this contractor based on what appeared to be 5 star work. We started out making a big down payment on march 24, 2020 and then had to wait months to get it started. Paid our outstanding balance upon initial install after which Royalty Fence stated they would follow up with finish work such as treating the wood fence. Months later and after the gate has twisted out of shape and splitting boards started appearing Royalty Fence showed up and supposedly treated the fence, but they were on the job site for less than 2 hours and we didnt see any real application of a treatment. Royalty fence acknowledged the twisted gates condition and stated there would be a subsequent visit to address that issue. Many months later there was still no follow up visit. In the meantime more of the boards in the fence split and showed up bad. Looking closer at the job we found nailing the boards was hap-hazzard and done incorrectly in numerous places causing split boards in the fence. Many calls attempted to get some sort of indication of a follow up to no avail. Now many months of no response we have had an estimate done to repair the shoddy work and it will now cost us $1500 dollars to repair what was not completed or not done correctly. Our estimate indicated the gates would have to be rebuilt due to improper construction techniques and many many board replacements to correct what was not done right. We have tried to convey to Royalty fence numerous times we arent trying to be mean spirited - we just want the fence finished correctly and cant get any response at all from them. I only wish we could show pictures to show the details of our heartache on the project. Our pleading to rectify to any extent any of our problems has been completely ignored and now we are left with heartache and a feeling of being taken complete advantage of. Royalty took the money and ran! 6/19 addendum Royalty Fence did not make a 99% offer. Slander is only when you LIE. We back our statements only with facts and truth! This company has to this point refused to take responsibility for its actions...
