ONE OF THE WINDOWS THEY WERE PUTTING IN BROKE. I WASN'T VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, BUT THE PROCESS TOOK LONGER. THE PEOPLE WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITHOUT QUESTION. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE FOR OTHER THINGS, AND THEY INCREDIBLE BECAUSE THEY WILL GET ON THE PHONE, TALK ABOUT A PROBLEM, SCHEDULE THE TIMES, AND BE THERE. THEY SHOW UP, DO THE WORK, AND CLEAN UP. I HAD A QUESTION ONCE. HE CAME OVER AND LOOKED AT IT. HE SEALED A LEAK IN A WINDOW AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME BECAUSE HE USED SPARE PARTS. THAT IS HONEST.

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. I HAVE USED THEM FOR OTHER SMALL THINGS AND WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE. WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM FINDING THE MANUFACTURER FOR THIS GLASS. THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED US ANYTHING YET. YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN IF SOMEBODY CAN'T GET THE MATERIAL. THEIR RESPONSE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. AS SOON AS I CALLED A SUPERVISOR CAME OUT, MEASURED EVERYTHING, TOLD US WHAT WE NEEDED, AND MADE SUGGESTIONS. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY OTHER PEOPLE.
