After a horrible experience with a big box store, I called Premier.  I was concerned that this might have been too small a project for them.  But, Tim came out the same day, measured the opening and quoted a price that was slightly less than the big box store.  The next day his crew came out and installed exactly what I ordered, for exactly the price quoted.  Very professional gentlemen with good, positive attitudes about their job and the company.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Although they arrived when scheduled, they said they were done after just replacing the three panes of glass. We had to ask them to also repair the two windows as stated on the estimate. We asked about the decorative window pane divider strip to make the replaced window glass match the other windows, and they said they'd check and come back. They did not respond or return. We went to the office to pay and asked about the strip, at which time they got one from the back and told us how to install it ourselves.
