Phillips Construction is the only contractor I have used since relocating to FL, and I have no intention of using any other. In all my years as a civil engineer working in construction, I have never worked with a more professional contractor, and very few as professional. All company personnel are extremely professional, courteous, and personable. The attention to detail in the work performed is truly outstanding. Proper clean-up is a matter-of-fact with all personnel. Always on time, and true to their word, they are easy to work with and a pleasure to have around your home. I have no complaint with rates on any of the 3 jobs performed for me, and I consider them to be very reasonable for the outstanding work performed.
