Very well. I thought Nestor vacuumed the yard! Of course I know he used a blower, but he was very thorough in the removal of the debris.

He came out to give me an estimate and we agreed on a monthly price, which was very high. He said he wasn't the highest priced, but he wasn't the lowest priced either. He was certainly the highest quote I had ever recieved, but since his rating were so good I decided to hire him. He told me I needed to leave him a check when he came to mow. I left him a check for a quarter of monthly charge. When he was coming a week later he texted that he needed a check for the rest of the month. I asked if he expected me to pay for a service that I hadn't recieved. He said that was his company policy. He did not mention this when we negotiated the scope of work and agreed on terms. I was taught to never pay for a service until it was completed. He said that it was not going to work and that was that. No willingness to let me get to know him and his work, no willingness to compromise. I had already contacted my previous lawn service company to cancel my agreement with them. He completely left me in the lurch. Very unprofessional and disappointing. He could have at least mowed my yard again to give me a chance to find someone else.

"After having several clients not pay for services provided, our policy, which is clearly explained at every estimate, is as follows: One Monthly fee, paid in full, at the beginning of the month. If a client hires us in the middle of the month, the fee is prorated accordingly. This is to guarantee their place in the schedule. If an individual does not comply, we MUST move on to our prepaid clients, as they take priority. In the event of a missed prepaid service, it will either roll over as credit to the following month or be refunded. In fairness to our existing clients, we cannot make exceptions to this policy."

Peace of Mind came in and did what they said they would do, and they delivered very well. When I came back home and viewed the work I was impressed. Things I did not have time for were now done. Everything looked great. Definitely would use again. Trust them to do what they say.
