It was awesome. This was my first time with Amalia and I couldn’t have been happier. I have had numerous cleaning people in the past and not had the attention to details, thoroughness that she did. Very happy with her. ?

I heard a loud crash as Amalia was cleaning and now my sofa has 2 broken legs and she claims to have no idea how it happened. She said she only moved it a little bit and the couch was fine with all legs intact. My brand new couch was not broken this AM and now the back corner is sitting on the floor with the center leg was propped up next to the couch to "disguise" the fact it is no longer connected. I absolutely do not recommend this company as there is no accountability for their carelessness.

"Unfortunately there is no way that I can prove to you that I didn't break your sofa. Like I mentioned to you, I just pulled your sofa less than a feet from the wall to pass the vacuum behind the sofa because the ants that were by the wall that you mentioned when I walked in and you pointed out what exactly you want me to clean, I just cleaned the floor with my vacuum hose. I didn't move the sofa enough for a vacuum to fit in. Yes, it was a noise but it was when my vacuum felt. There is no way that two legs of a sofa can break when was move for less than a feet. If I would it break it I'll definitely let you know. If there anything that I can do to help, please don't hesitate to contact me."

It went really well. I’ve been having the service twice a month and the lady did a great job doing the tasks. Everything looked shine and fabulous. I’m glad I have the service. My place always looks great and guests always tell me it’s clean. Thank you for all you do!!

Very professional and courteous. I was hesitant on getting a cleaning service because I am very particular when it comes to cleaning but with my busy schedule with my kids I gave it a try and I couldn’t have been happier. She was timely, very through, and polite. I will be using this service going forward as well as recommending to friends and family.

It went perfect. Amalia did a perfect job doing so... I have been having the cleaning service twice a month and I love the work ethic, the done work and the cleaned house. I would recommend to anyone who needs a refreshment for the house. This is the right request and right person to do it.
