For the lawn, they sucked. They kind of ruined my lawn. I am under a contract with them. I will use them again, but I am not happy with them.

My favorite thing is the quality of work. The product kills the bugs.

They could lower the price.

I have been using them since 2013, if they were bad I wouldn’t use them anymore. The worker is very polite and professional, the way he conducts himself.

They come quarterly, every 3 months. My number one reason to recommend them is because of their professionalism and quality of work. I don't have any bugs.

I don’t remember the cost, I don’t pay the bills. What stood out to me was the technician. He was thorough, polite and did a good job.

I used them once a quarter.

The above date in October 2012 was the fourth and last time I accepted service from this company. The treatment contract was for weed elimination only on my large lawn. When there was no evidence of weed or fire ant destruction several weeks after the first treatment they said they would continue to monitor the treatment. When there were still plenty of weeds and fire ants after the fourth treatment, I wrote the company stating that in the spirit of their motto: "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back", they sent a supervisor to the house to try and convince me to continue the contract and that they would work on the weed situation. I decided that after paying $594 for 4 treatments, I was not going to throw any more money away. End of story and no money back! The people I dealt with were nice enough but the service did not produce the intended results.

The first treatment was done in May. I was rather surprised to notice little difference in the number of weeds still present after three weeks. Fire ants were also in good supply. A second treatment was applied mid-June. It is now the end of July and I still see plenty of weeds. We applied some of our own weed killer in a limited section and voila, in two weeks they disappeared! I thought the commercial stuff we "aren't allowed to buy" would be superior. Additionally, the signed contract was supposed to include "soil testing for PH and irrigation system inspection." I am not aware that either of these has taken place. The people at Massey are nice enough, but I'm wondering if our experience with the results of their service is shared by others.

We have used them for twenty years and we are very happy with them.  We have not had to do any indoor pest control since they have been coming. They are great, they call before they come and address any issues with us.

They are both a lawn care and exterminating company.  They do weed prevention, fertilizing, and aerating.  They also do termite protection for the yard and the house.
