Latow Brothers Plumbing Inc

This company does outstanding work and I will be using them again as well as recommend them to friends. I had a tub/shower remodel done by another company (big box store) and had nothing but issues with it. About a year ago I had Latow come out and they worked on it but could find nothing wrong. It started working correctly again while they were there. One of the things they noted was that the other company tiled over the plumbing and it was very hard to work on. They gave me a few options on what we could do the next time it happened. Well, it started acting up recently so I called them out to replace the plumbing. They had to cut the tile, remove the valves/pipes, replace it all, and put on a new plate to cover the bigger hole. They arrived early (08:05), they explained everything they were going to do. they worked quickly and cleaned as they went. When it was done the tub/shower looked great. A fantastic job and they were very friendly/professional throughout the whole process. They did exactly what they said they would do, the cost was what they quoted me almost a year ago, and they even explained how it is different than what I had before. They are in my address book as the plumber to call - I have live in the area for 30+ years and have used several different plumbers, this one is a keeper.

Phone appointment was made with estimate received and arrival of technicians several hours later, within the estimated arrival time provided. Final cost was slightly below estimated cost given by phone.

Dennis from Latow came out and discovered the electrical cable to the system was cut.  He replaced the cable at no charge and made sure system regenerated.  I have used Latow in the past for replacing sinks, faucets and shut off valves.  I have always found all of their employees to be respectful, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I am very happy I have found a new plumber. Latow's plumbing was excellent. I was able to schedule an appointment around my work schedule. They were able to come the day I called even after being closed for the holiday. Plumber arrived promptly at the time Stated .They understood the problem I relayed on the phone and upon arrival quickly and efficiently did the necessary repair. When I had the shower cartridge replaced there was no problem with the handle . The handle broke a month later and they did not even charge me for that call. What great customer service. I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely call them again.

Very pleasant experience all the way around. My initial contact with the company was very impressive. The secretary was prompt in answering the phone, courteous, quite knowledgeable and patient with my inquiries. More importantly she was able to set up an appointment rather swiftly. The plumber showed up ontime and got right to work. He knew what the problem was and said he would try to correct it so that we would not have to use the new disposal that we purchased. He was true to his word! Very pleased with this company and would use again if the need arises.

They fixed the emergency problem quickly and efficiently. They recommended a well and pump installer for further investigation of the low water pressure complaint.

They do a great job of monthly servicing my water softener. They go above and beyond by changing the water filter for me in my well when they are out there. They recently had to replace our water heater and there was a problem with the hot water heater. One of the coils burned out, it was just probably a month after it was installed. They came right out and took care of it and did not charge me a dime. They did not charge me even a service call. The boys came out and replaced the coil in the water heater and there were there for twenty minutes, it was done and they were gone. They are very clean. They don't track in. They are very clean about their work space when they do come in which is always appreciated. There is nothing that they have done for us which is not excellent and reasonable. They are competitively priced I don't believe I have ever paid more for anything by using them than I would with anyone else. We have used other plumbers in the past and I actually have paid more for less. I would always use them in the future.

They have been in business for a long time and a very good company. They have a wonderful secretary, punctual and a well organized company. They explain everything thoroughly. They uphold a family standard in the community.
