This man Todd Grimes is a con man... Stay away, he did a mold air inspection for 15 minutes, charged me $200 and said the air was clean. He did not even use an infrequent red camera~duh... Air inspection takes 24 hrs~ I asked him about this...he hung up on me! There is rampant mold everywhere, and this is a retirement facility. He does not care about people ~ but will charm you and take your money. Do not trust this smooth talking con man...

He was very thorough and friendly. The remediation of a small mfg home about 900 sf was going to cost almost 5,000.00 plus the testing was 185.00. Just cant swing that price.

Make sure to ask them on charges before they arrive. Scheduled for free inspection and estimate, but i was told there is $100 charge to do that. They did not state that and did not call to inform on that. I only learn when they arrived. Plan well.

A truly honest Contractor is hard to find in today's World but Grimes Solutions, and Jim Todd. tick all the boxes. The whole operation was completed in three days that included removing all damaged carpets & furniture boxing up contents that could be treated & Test Results checking in Orlando Johns team treated us and our home with the upmost respect and care . We were kept informed on what was happening every step of the way. I cannot fault this company to date, but I cannot confirm the long term results of the treatment applied, but will return in a year to update.
