Auto Service
I left my car there for service while I went to work. It was at the shop from 8:00 am until 4:00 when I left work to pick it up. When I arrived, the work was not completed. I initially went there because my headlight bulb was out and it needed to be replaced. I decided to get the oil change while it was there since it was close to being due for the oil change. They actually forgot to replace the bulb, so when I went to pick up the car, I had to wait another half an hour for them to install the bulb.
I was slightly disappointed that I had to wait for my car after I had gotten a call from Firestone telling me all the service was completed.
