Amazing ! I've flat ironed my hair for years and yet I recently managed to fry my hair in 3 areas before I realized my flat iron was on high. It was frayed completely - like a really really bad home perm in the 50s. Krista was able to remove the fuzzy areas and blend in the other hair - it's slightly more layered than my normal cut, but much much better than I ever imagined. Obviously I was in the market for a good quality flat iron (without a mind of it's own) and she asked Bo to show me their new professional grade iron. He used it on my hair and then let me try it out to be sure I could manage it. I have been going to salons every 6-8 weeks for 40 years and this is by far the best any salon as ever treated me (and most were a lot pricier). Krista fixed my damaged hair without a buzz cut :) and Bo trained me on what became my new flat iron. Wonderful service ! I just cannot say enough - thank you BoCo !

Friendly atmosphere, and hairstylist did her best to give me the haircut I wanted. All stylists were very hospitable, and offered cookies and something to drink!
