This is the worst place ever. I took my laptop there for repairs because my SSD burned out. Two months later, this place, full of ignorant and irresponsible people, had not ordered the part. They never called me with any updates. I don't know how this place is still open. It looks like a store from the '80s, with old monitors and laptops that people probably threw away and then reassembled to sell. To give you an idea, I ordered the part on eBay for less than $100 and fixed my computer myself in under two hours. Oh, and let's not forget that they wanted to charge me more than $280 for something I fixed myself for less than $100.

IT WAS EXCELLENT AND THERE WEREN'T ANY PROBLEMS. THEY HAD IT DONE WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY WERE PRICED FAIRLY WELL AS COMPARED TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY REALLY TRY TO KEEP YOU UP TO DATE. THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE. THIS WAS RIGHT AFTER THE HURRICANE. I WAS RUNNING LATE ONE NIGHT TAKING MY COMPUTER IN, I CALLED THEM AND THEY STAYED OPEN FOR ME.
