Nick was great. Wish I would have called Allen’s first was ripped off by another local appliance repair person. The service call was a lot less then the person from the other company that did nothing.

Allen's technician Keith is fantastic he went above and beyond to help this customer out when most small appliance people wouldn't even have bothered and just sold me a $500 piece. I will call Allen's appliances and ask for Keith in the future.

I had a new dishwasher installed. The tech was amazing. Little things kept going wrong. For example, the water shutoff got jammed and the store where I purchased the dishwasher from didn't sell me the right power cable but the tech was very professional and never got flustered. Everything turned out great and my family loves the new dishwasher.

They sent out Neil. He was able to troubleshoot all of my appliances after a power surge. He was able to print out all my reports from his truck. He arrived the next day. He provided all paperwork necessary for Florida Power and light.

Diagnosed the problem pretty fast. Had the part to fix it. Fixed it fast. The only thing that took a while was waiting for the washer to cycle through a whole load to make sure it was working ok. Learned a thing or two about washers while waiting.

Cannot speak the value for the money having never have had a problem with my Fisher-Paykel oven. Very happy in quickly finding the problem. Had to wait for the part but that did not bother me. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Worker was kind and curtious. Installed gas stove quickly and even moved my old one out the house.
