Technician arrived right on time and was extremely friendly. Technician was very much to the point and upfront about the issue and what the part was going to cost to order to fix the issue. Got the part and returned to install it the next day, technician was on time again and installed without incident. Ref. has been running fine since.

When I called to schedule an appointment the gentleman could not have been more professional. He stated they would be here this morning between 9:00 and 11:00. Brandon called a couple of minutes after 9:00 to ask if we were available. He was there within 15 minutes. Very professional in his manner, started the machine and when it started to spin, he knew immediately what the issue was. Had it fixed within ten minutes and it worked like a charm. Stated if there was any problems to call and they would come back out. Free of charge for a month if we needed them. I can not say enough about this company and the service they preformed. I would not hesitate to call this company again. No wonder they received a service award in 2016. Thank you again!

They were ready to schedule to come out the day I called, but because of my schedule I had them come out two days later. He was very professional, he thoroughly explained the error codes on my machine, showed me the problems, and explained how the wrong detergent amounts and large load sizes would affect the machine. He clearly explained everything, and I would highly recommend him.

Allen required $129 just to come and assess the problem. Parts and labor are then added on to the 129 for actually fixing the problem. I find this completely unacceptable, price-gouging even, that $129 is paid upfront just to look. Will never ever call them again.

Called early Thursday morning and was advised tech would arrive by noon. Arrived at 11 AM. Service was completed under 1/2 hour. Anthony showed me how to access filter and clean it on my own, if I wanted to. Unlikely because service was remarkable. Tech was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again for other services.

The tech evaluated the problem and determined I had a bad switch. He order the part, but when it came in it also had a new burner. Both were installed that same day. After a week past I noticed the knob was not working properly. When I took a look at the stem on the new switch I realized the stem was too short to work with the existing knob. I had the tech to come back to fix the problem. He told me after some discussion about the switch stem being too short there was nothing he could do about the stem being too short. He put wire and tape on the knob to keep it from coming off and order a new knob. If the stem is too short it will continue to crack the knob. I am not happy with the options I was given. A new knob with more wire and tape. What ever happened to replacing a part with one that works like the original cook top?

Great. The technician identified the issue and fixed the icemaker on the first call. He also explained several quirks of this refrigerator. He had to order the water filter and another tech came two days later and replaced that. All done courteously and on time.

I purchased the "Appliance Checkup" service, and within one day (not for an emergency call or anything special) Brandon was at my house. He was great, I move to a new home that had some high end appliances from Fisher and Paykel and there were some things going on I wasn't sure about, Brandon was very thorough in his explanation of what the possible causes could be. He wasn't able to take any direct action, but he left me some next steps with how to properly clean and use the machine and they have a 30 day recall option for no additional charge. 
If I ever need any service done to any appliance, I know exactly who I'm calling.
