If I could give 0 stars I would. Nick M. was our tech for dishwasher servicing. At the time, we weren't sure what we wanted to do - either repair or replace. Nick gave us the part name AND part number, even wrote it down for us. I lost the paper and the part # wasn't listed on the emailed invoice. Called the office, tt Stephanie who advised she was the owner's - Walt - daughter. Asked for the part # only to be told it's their policy not to give out part numbers, but couldn't give me a reason why other than it's company policy. Keep in mind this is a small-time, family run business, not a major corporation. After some back and forth, Stephanie admitted they don't give part # so that customers don't source the part themselves. I shared with her I was simply trying to do a cost analysis to see which path would be most cost-effective - repairing or replacing. I asked to speak to a manager and initially Stephanie said there were no manager's available. Later, she stated there were no managers, just the owner - Walt. I requested him to call me, and she said he would call me whenever he got around to it. I am a former junior sales & shipping ops manager and have done business with multiple companies - appliance repair, mechanics (local & national brands) and never have I ever not been given a part number if it was requested. Business just doesn't run that way. Stephanie started arguing with me that "a lot of companies run that way" and that she used to work for Mazda and they never gave auto part numbers to customer. What?! I called B.S. Additionally, if it's company policy to not provide part numbers then why are field techs providing part numbers to customers? and since that information was given freely why can't I get that same information as a paying customer? Clearly, it is an attempt to try to keep business flowing thru them. So glad there are a million other reputable companies out there to do business with. Will never use them again and suggest others don't use them either. Also, after I shared with Stephanie that I was simply trying to run a cost analysis, why didn't she offer to provide me with an estimate for repair? Talk about trying to keep business! I don't expect Walt to call me, and even if they provided me an estimate for the part now, it doesn't make a difference.

Office gave 4pm to 7pm window, repairman finally called at 7:45pm to say he was running hour late. Repairman ended call then called back 15 minutes later to say he could not make it. Will not use this company again.

Repair man came out and looked at it and told me the ice maker was totally dead and needed to be replaced. Cost of replacement with the service call cost was almost $600.00. I told him I would need to think about it as I wasn't sure I wanted to put that much into a refrigerator that was 5 years old. He called me the next morning and I advised that we were going to replace the refrigerator. We went and purchased a new refrigerator that day. That evening the ice maker started making ice and has not stopped. When I called the appliance company to speak to someone as to why this repairman would tell me such a thing when it was obvious that it was not broken but had a ice blockage. I was told by the person answering the phone that they couldn't help me but would have the owner call me when he came in. I still have not heard from anyone. I feel like this was a repairman trying to take advantage of an elderly lady. I would not recommend that anyone use this company.

"I apologize for the poor experience with our company. We strive to perform professional service daily. We have encountered dozens, if not hundreds, of Samsung refrigerators with the issue of not producing ice. Certain Samsung units have moisture intrusion problems where the icemaker compartment develops frost and icing issues that prevent the icemaker from working properly. Samsung has developed multiple 'fixes' for this issue, which include replacing the icemaker, which has been redesigned, installing y-clips on the refrigerant line to prevent water dripping internally and applying sealant around the perimeter of the icemaker compartment. Most customers are upset that a fairly new refrigerator would have such issues but are typically pleased when the repair is complete, as there will be no further issues with the icemaker. I am somewhat pleased to hear that the icemaker worked after it was allowed to thaw, but the issue will occur again without a doubt. I have issued a full refund for your satisfaction. We look forward to serving you and all of our customers everyday!"

Excellent! I could not be more satisfied with this company. I do a lot if cooking and bought a higher end Frigidaire gas range. Like all things that are pricey and have electrical circuit boards the parts are not cheap. Think of a recent car repair and what that involved. The technician "Mike" was outstanding, very courteous, patient with my questions and highly skilled. Clearly this man knows his stuff. Very comfortable having him do the repair. The part was not cheap. I researched the part cost online and the price for the part was spot on. The service call and labor were a good value. They do not charge a "travel fee" as others do. The travel fee us the cost of someone showing up. They made two trips to fix the problem as the part had to be ordered. I was billed for one service call and once for labor. I appreciate the transparency in the way this company operates. Let's face it, for the most part you are and the mercy of the company when you do business. It is refreshing to deal with a straight up company. I recommend them highly with no reservations.
