This company is top notch, I’ve been using them for several years, for my home, and my rentals, no matter what I need no matter when I need it, they are there for me, with prompt professional service I would go nowhere else for AC or heat service, I highly highly recommend Aldons...They stand the test of time, and I hope they stay in business for very very much longer

Went okay, was pleased they were willing to come right out on the weekend. We expected a higher charge since it was the weekend, but thought it was just a little more than what we expected.

Called office to see if I could make an appointment to have some one come out and diagnose the problem with my outside A/C unit. Was very surprised to find out they could send someone out that very afternoon, David their tech. was right on time and found the problem very quickly, it turned out to be the fan motor needed to be replaced, I asked how long it would be and how much it would cost to replace it. he told me he had the part on his truck, gave me the price for everything I needed. I told him to go ahead, he replaced the parts and then did a complete check of the whole unit to make sure everything was OK . Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank You

.I was very impressed with the technician. I've been in the business up north and he showed knowledge of HVAC. I was NOT impressed with the charges, however. I realize it was a Sunday call and was prepared for paying dearly for that. Capacitors, however, cost a maximum of $25 wholesale. Even with a charge for labor which took all of 30 minutes total, an additional $167 charge for the capacitor was unreasonable. I will not use them again. Am getting a replacement to have on had for the next time and will replace it myself

They made sure that our heating unit and air condition unit were operating at peak efficiency. They were clean and proactive. They just did a really good job. I think what I like best is I always forget to call them but the second time they were supposed to come, I always have somebody else call me and remind that I am due for the second service call. I liked that.

Over the weekend it got very cold and the heat would not come on. I called late Sunday night. I was told they would try to get to me in the afternoon Monday. I did not want to pay the service charge for the weekend. I called first thing Monday saying my house was 59 degrees and could they come soon. I was told my apt was between 11.00-11:30 but at 10:00 the van pulled up, work was done, I had heat, and it was no charge. Life is good with Aldon's

The Aldon's staff is very friendly and fast to service any issue that I have had. I did have some issues with the AC not the fault of Aldons. Had to replace the coil right away due to it had some pin holes in it from the manufacturer. Later had to replace the float overflow switch, Outside Unit Capacitor, and Blower fan. All was covered at no cost to me. Aldon's really stood behind their product. It is under a 10 year warrantly and Aldon's gets things done quickly. I would highly recommend using Aldon's in Orange City, FL.

"We did quote this customer for a new system on 09/12/2012. Customer did call back months & months later. When the customer called back months and months almost a year later, of coarse they were now in a hurry. I made an appointment to re quote the new price due to the time lapse. I had to cancel the appointment with the member due to a family emergency concerning my parents.(Which we did call and let her know we could not make it). I new they were in a rush to have the system installed. So I recommend they call a company that I recommended that is with in a few miles of their location and would be able to more easily service them, do to location. We do repairs in all areas, but we do not install new system in all areas. We were honest throughout all and I felt it would be a better fit if they dealt with one of the local company's in their area. I was in the middle of moving my parents from their home of many years and into a assisted living facility. They have adjusted over time, but needed a lot of family care in the beginning. We did apologize to the the members for not keeping the appointment, we did try to set up a new day but she was having know of that and demanded I still make the appointment that day or she will go on line and bad mouth me. As the saying goes, we can't make everyone happy we can only do our best."

We have used Aldon's numerous times for our 5 rental properties and a home. Aldon's always came when expected, did what we asked and was less than the estimated cost. We would highly recommend them for any A/C both Gas and Electric.

Sometimes they call me to tell me I am due. The last time, I called them and they set the appointment according to my schedule. They arrive on time and do the required maintenance work very professionally.

We have a $150 yearly maintenance agreement and pay about another $50 yearly for filters. We had our HVAC unit put in by somebody else and when we had a problem with the air conditioner we had them out three or four times but the unit kept losing Freon. I finally got tired of those people and call Albon's. The guy who came out stood five feet away from the unit and said he could see the problem from there; so they know what they are doing. They are very prompt and I will use them again in the future.

Called the company at 9:15 am, they said their technician would be there between 12:00 and 1:00PM. Technician showed up at 11:15 AM. Technician determined that my fan motor was blown, and replaced it. He explained what needed to be done and the cost of the job. Didn't try to upsell me on a whole new system like other AC companies in the area I have used in the past. This is my second time using Aldons. Very Honest people

I spent about $4,000 on the job. The vents were already installed previously. So, they did not have to do that. I was pleased with them. They were on time. I have used other people in the past. This company is okay compared to the others. I have been happy with them. I have to use them in order to keep the warranty in check. So far, they are okay. I think they charge me for the checkup, but I am not sure. I will use them again in the future.

My experience with them was great. I like them. They were here in March and actually just called me on Friday that I am due for another follow-up service. They will be here again probably within a week. I have a yearly contract and I paid maybe $120 and they come out twice a year to do preventive maintenance. They took extra care to explain things to me and cleaned out the vents and made sure that everything was fine for me. It is a new house for me, so they took the time to explain. They are really responsive. I called them being the new home owner. They were referred by the prior owner and they came out very quickly, looked around to make sure everything was okay and did maintenance. What I liked best about them was they actually called me six months later to remind me that I was due for maintenance. When I was in my old house, I had to call every six months. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

The technician advised my wife the repair would cost $410.00, $345 for the fan motor and $65 for labor. I got on the phone with the technician and asked why the fan motor was so expensive, as I had had several replaced through the years and they were never more than $200 tops. He advised that was the cost for my particular fan. I advised he had me over a barrel, as my wife was home sick and needed the air conditioning. I authorized the work with the caveat that I would call around and price the fan motor, then take it up with his main office if there was an inordinate discrepancy between prices. He laughed and said "I wish you luck with that," hung up on me and went to work. I called three suppliers and each gave me a retail price of between $145 - $150 for a generic fan and $300 for a manufacturer's replacement. I then contacted Aldon's main office and asked which part they were replacing my fan with. They advised a generic fan and that their technician had already completed the job and had left the work site. I asked how they could justify charging me a mark-up of 230% and the woman I was speaking to just laughed at me and said "Well you authorized the work, didn't you?" I replied in the affirmative but suggested she contact her technician as I had added the caveat that I would be calling to see what the actual retail replacement cost would be. She advised she was sorry I didn't like their price but there was nothing she could do about it and that their price also included a one year warranty - I pointed out the warranty was covered by the manufacturer and not by Aldon's and she just snickered and stated they covered the labor. I again asked how she could justify charging a 235% mark-up on a part that took less than 30 minutes to replace. She advised she answered that and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I terminated the call with the determination to get the word out about this company that was obviously preying on unsuspecting consumers.
