The sales person was very nice. There were a few things that they neglected to clarify. They said if any of the sprinkler head were broken they said they would fix them. Some of the things that were represented to us were not in the contract. The contract said they are not responsible for anything that gets broken. They did a beautiful job, but I was not pleased with some of the mis-communications. The people that came to do the work were all very nice.

"This review is misplaced…. Central Florida Homes and pools Inc has never worked for this client. The review was written in 2008 … our company was formed in 2010…( check Florida Dept of state) my license was issued in 2010… (Do license search at DBPR web site for Certified Pool contractor license #CPC1458208) .This is slanderous. Angies list emphasizes the importance and value of a good reputation…. I would expect you to verify information that may be damaging to a person or businesses reputation before you publish it. please leave this review in its place on my reviews and include an addendum to it explaining that this review is misplaced this is not a review of Central FLorida Homes and Pools Inc. and that Angies list published this by error. thank you John S Oakes"
