Horrible installation - 1st issue: Company installed Gate posts with no re-enforcements; i.e. no re-bar, brackets or wood inside gate post. The only re-enforcement was 1 small concrete screw into the side of the house. After about a year or so, opening and closing of the gate caused the screw to come loose and forced the post to lean and gate to not close correctly. I called the company, who informed me "it's out of warranty". Company did come out to look at it, but said it would cost $200 to fix it. I had no other choice but to pay it since the gate wouldn't close and was afraid the gate post would be damaged permanently. They fixed it by installing brackets and affixing them with concrete screws into the side of the house... This is not the proper way to re-enforce gate posts the opening and closing of the gate will eventually cause these screws to wiggle loose as well and I will have to fix it again in another year or so. Vinyl gate posts must be re-enforced on the inside of the post with either metal brackets, re-bar or wood posts. 2nd issueFence was installed too far inside property line and one of my sprinkler heads is now on the outside of the fence. Company said it was due to the irrigation contractor who installed the sprinkler too far outside the property line - not true (house was built in 2005 and I didn't do any work to the irrigation system). I checked the survey marker myself and found that the sprinkler head is actually 3 inches inside my property line. The problem is that the fence company did not survey the property correctly
