The Cooling Express Corp

We came back from vacation a few days ago, and our AC was not working. We had recently bought the house and we were told the AC's were recently installed. I checked some of the documentation left by the owner, and I found the company's name who had done the installation written on the city permit. I searched on Angie's list and I did not find this company. I searched on the internet, found the contact information and called Luis. He came to the house the same day, and even though he had done the work two years prior, he still showed complete ownership for his work. He investigated the issue, found a problem with the air-handler motor (inside unit) which was luckily still under a parts-only warranty from the manufacturer. He came back the next day and installed the new unit, which got the unit inside working - but the compressor outside was not working. So he investigated and replaced the capacitor. He was very professional, called us before he arrived and kept updating us on what he was doing. It was a complex problem and he thoroughly investigated the AC units in order to find out the reason and even though he was at our house for a few hours each day for two days, my family and I were very comfortable with him. He is a good man, an expert in his field and very dedicated to his work. After being burned by so many contractors in the south florida area over the past year since we moved, finally - a perfectly decent contractor.
