It went very well. It was a man and wife team. The wife came and spoke with me. Then they had to get the shutters delivered. They came back on time. I even asked them about the porch. They could not do the porch, but they called somebody else to do it. Everything went good and there were no problems at all. They were timely and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They said they would take a deposit and when they finished they would get the rest of the money. He was here on time and the guy installed them himself. Then his wife came and picked up the last check. I had no problem. They called me and said they were on their way. I think I got an excellent deal. I saved $7,000 compared to another company I got a quote from.
