The R & R team did a very good job. This is my second time using this company and they are simply Awesome!

It is decent. I don't think there is anybody perfect. It is $100 a month.

I phoned the provider and informed him I wanted to remove the 3 trees in my patio. Mr Morrington came by the same day and quoted me $700 to get rid of the trees. After negotiation he agreed to $600.  The appointment was scheduled about 2 weeks after initial contact. The provider rescheduled once. I was told he would arrive by 8:30am. One of the workers arrived on time, but Mr Morrington arrived after I had to leave for work. By the time I came home from work the 3 trees were cut down. I had to ask for the workers to sweep up the leaves. About 2 months after the trees were cut down I noticed that they had started to grow back. I contacted Mr Morrington to inform that the trees were growing back when I had paid him to rid my patio of trees. Mr Morrington stated that the trees would grow back and it was my responsibility to purchase products to kill the roots. I explained to the provider that I specifically told him I did not want any trees and he was to get rid of the trees permanently. Mr Morrington then stated that he is in my community often and will resolve the issue during his next trip. Here we are in November and I have never heard from this provider again. I have 3 full grown trees back in my patio in less than 6 months. $600 down the drain!

He came today as he said he would and cut down half the trees, as well as pulled them off the roots.  He will come back on Monday to finish the job.  He did a great job, friendly and professional.  Basically he was dependable; came when he said he would come and called to make sure I was in place.  When he finished one part of the job he came and informed me, as well as told me that he would come back on Monday to finish the other part of the job.  I will use them again in the future.

Representative of company, Heath, arriived on schedule - we discussed overall job and schedule - before he left he gave me a price for all work. 
All removal work and preparation of the beds was accomplished in one day - all on schedule.
We purchased the trees, shrubs and plants from a different nursery and Heath picked them up and delivered the whole load to the house - on schedule.
Also on schedule, Heath's crew arrived and also completed all the planted and finish work - all in one day - on schedule

I spend $100 every month. I can count on them. When it rains they come as soon as they can afterwards. They always trim. The owner always gets somebody with him. They never leave a mess. I will consider using this company in the future.

They are locally owned and very responsive. I would continue to use them in future.
