Great service from start to finish. Jose took measurements on Saturday. We agreed on a very fair price that same day, his installers (lead by his son) installed the glass on Thursday. They were super professional and courteous, wore their masks while in the house the entire time, followed directions in terms of door swing and placement of the glass on the curb without any follow up or micromanagement from me. I basically showed them where the bathroom was, told them what I wanted and left them to work. They were done in just over an hour or so. Love the final product. Exactly what I wanted. Will use them again and recommend for sure.

Just not caring enough to exhibit craftsmanship in their work or perform any customer service. His warranty and word are useless. The owner's, Jose Marti's measure was off about a 1/2". He said he would come out the next morning to see the install and never called or came. When we used it the first time we saw water leaking out a bracket anchoring it to the base, he said he would gladly come out to finish sealing it. After 6 weeks of trying, him once again saying he will have a man out, no one ever came. Jose Marti did not answer calls, and texts. Quality got 2.5 starts because the materials are good . And I can liver without real craftsmanship I guess but the leaking, and then Zero customer service can never be forgiven. Hire somebody else! DO NOT HIRE. Glass enclosure leaks a lot of water and owner Jose Marti Tub and Shower Enclosures will not come out and finish sealing their installation, after saying they will. The BBB asked them to respond and finish their work and they still have not.

Jose runs a tight ship. He responded quickly to my initial call and came over to measure. He then asked me the typical "when would you like your shower doors". As a joke I named a day a couple of days away and boom..it was ready! No 2 -4 week wait. He came with a couple of assistants and two shower doors were installed in about 1 - 1/2 hrs. Quaiity,customer service and value excellent. Highly recommend.

Very time efficient

Came for estimate right away. Explain how work was going to be done and provide the cost estimate. Installation was done by him and helper 5 days later. No issues. Shower enclosure looks great works great.
