BRANDSMART SERVICE CORP

They delivered it and was supposed to install it but couldn't. It is one of those apartment ones, the small ones that are stackable. They are very expensive. It was like $950 and it is small. That was the least that I could find that was acceptable. I guess that brand is not known for washing machines. They are known for vacuum cleaners but I don't know how they build washing machines. I wanted a name brand that I knew was reliable for washing machines. The salesperson was very nice. We even exchanged recipes. I felt he was honest and I could accept what he was telling me. Sometimes you shop and you feel like he is probably making a big commission on this brand so that is why he is pushing it. I didn't feel that with him. I felt like he was really trying to help me. They couldn't install it because of the molding. If you had to call them back to install it, they wanted to charge you. Which I really did not think was fair. The purchase experience was an "A". The delivery experience was not. I even had to beg the buy to take it out of the box. I had researched prices on the net and for what I got, it was certainly inline. When you call the store, it is like terrible. I would shop there again because you usually get a good price and a good extended warranty. They have honored extended warranties for me on different items. So I would have to say I would shop there again.

All three are still running strong. I had a very good experience buying them. The staff was excellent.

One of the reasons it went so well is that I was very well prepared as far as having all my measurements ready. My experience was very positive because I knew what I wanted and I had my measurements wrote down. Everything fits beautifully. 

The salesman told us some things about the appliances that weren't correct. I think it's just he sells so many different models and makes that it's hard to know everything about everyone of them. He made a really big error which would go for every washing machine. Other than that, he was very good and very helpful.

I contacted the customer service line beforehand. I explained I did not have the original box but did have the receipt. I was told it was no problem and to take it  to the store and exchange it.  I was told I would not get the entire money back , They would take 20%.  I went to the return department to do the return.  I had to go through 4 people. The man I spoke with plugged in the TV and checked to make sure it was working.  He told me that I could not return it and he had a bad attitude.  I explained I had called prior and was told I could exchange it. He said that did nt matter that he makes the decision. I think its very unfair especially since I had called prior and was told it I could do the exchange.

My computer was under warranty, and the vendor told me to bring it to Brandsmart for warranty service. I went in the evening, and the line at the service desk was so long, I gave up after waiting 30 minutes. They came back the next morning, and I was the only one there. They advised my computer would need to be sent out for service and would be ready in 2-4 weeks. It took 5 weeks. The repair was done properly, but in my opinion, 5 weeks is too long; all they did was replace the drive.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. MY COMPUTER WORKS WELL NOW. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO REPAIR IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THOSE REPAIRS STOPPED ME FROM HAVING TO BUY ANOTHER COMPUTER.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, EVEN WHEN YOU GET EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE PART WAS ORDERED ON DECEMBER 29TH, AND THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PUT PART IN TILL JANUARY 17TH. IT TOOK THEM THREE WEEKS TO COME OUT THE FIRST TIME.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDED ME WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL, PREPARED AND EFFICIENT. THEY REPAIRED THE APPLIANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY SAT A HOT PLATE OF FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND IT WAS COLD IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES.

CONSUMERS BEWARE! I PURCHASED A $4000 TELEVISION SET FROM THEM AND THE LIGHT BURNED OUT. AFTER I CALLED IT TOOK THEM FOR OVER A MONTH TO HAVE THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM, I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICE. I FELT RIPPED OFF!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM. THE BEST THING ABOUT THEM IS, YOU CAN BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM THEM AND THEY WILL COME AND FIX THEM IF THEY BREAK DOWN.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AFTER I CONTACTED THEM AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME WAS REASONABLE AND FAIR.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND EVERYTHING WAS FIXED IN A PROMPT AND EFFICIENT MANNER. WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS OF SETTING THE APPOINTMENT, MY APPLIANCES WERE FIXED AND WORK GREAT.

I BOUGHT A G REFRIGERATOR AND A MAYTAG DRYER. I AM VERY GLAD THAT I PAID FOR THE WARRANTY BECAUSE I AM HAVING TO GET THEM FIXED ALL THE TIME. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AFTER THE WARRANTY RUNS OUT.
