+ -1 moreMicah Dickerson is the owner and he responded same day. Our most urgent matter was the toilet over flowing but turned out that my husband just needs to use less TP! Very honest, could have charged us for something. Gave us the choice of calling manufacturer for free parts or he would pick up at supply store. We opted for supply store to not delay fixing the leaking faucet any longer that we already had. Gave us a great suggestion to get our sprayer on the kitchen faucet to work better and also let us know how to get free part in case problem keeps happening. Overall it was a great experience. Can not say enough great things about his professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness.
Description of Work: Toilet check-up, replaced parts in 2 leaking faucets, made suggestions for kitchen faucet, 2 visits to complete the work.
