Erik arrived on time, explained the process, made repairs, and cleaned up the mess. Fast and friendly! The sink was installed by some other company.

We were looking for a provider to give estimates for a possible kitchen remodel. We approached Sand W kitchens and baths and Avery remodeling. We got estimates from both that were around $30,000 each. Both also estimated the time involved for the remodel would be at least 5 weeks. Both told us that it would involve up to $4,000 for updating our electric panel. (We did that with a different company - Small Jobs Electric - for much less.)
We saw an ad in one of the local discount circulars for You Dream It We build It remodeling so we called them to get an estimate. Eric arrived and was pretty quick to give us an estimate and options. We originally wanted different cabinets but we agreed on his cabinet provider the estimate came in at $10,400. This did not include the counter tops. Both Avery and Sand W did include the countertops. Eric had a supplier for granite but we wanted Cambria. One downside with Eric was he kept trying to get us to go with granite. I joked with him telling him he needed to change his company name to you dream it and i'll try to talk you out of it into something else. We did have a provider - Parthenon countertops - that was going to do the work. (More on them in another review.) We settled on Cutting Edge Granite after finding them in another discount circular. We stopped by their showroom on a Friday evening and by the following Tuesday they were measuring the counter tops and within a week installing it.
Eric worked on our project non-stop until we had the delay with the countertop. He returned after about a week, finished installing the dishwasher and microwave and addressed some touch up issues and we paid his final invoice and it was done.
So the total came in at around $16,000 with all our subcontractors and appliances we bought, well under Avery and Sand W.
We also used Angie's list to check all the providers we hired except we didn't find much information about Parthenon and didn't have the time to research Cutting Edge.

Everything went smoothly and according to Erik's time estimates. I'm very satisfied with the work, it's exactly what was needed and as-described it would be. Erik was a pleasure to work with.

Eric has done previous work for us and we were very pleased with the results, he can do anything! This was no different, excellent job, pleasant professional manor, easy to work with!

I am a repeat customer of You Dream It, We Build It. During the updating of .my house in previous years, their experience, knowledge and creativity were most evident. Recently they installed a new front door and worked on our lanai. Erik stopped by multiple times to evaluate what we wanted to achieve. Not only were his suggestions and considerations most valuable, but his taking the time to work with the suppliers ensured a problem free finished product.

I found Eric's business advertised in our neighborhood newspaper. I checked him on Angie's list and except for one person, who did not even use him, he had great reviews. They started mid-January and worked in every room in the house as well as on the outside. There were two outdated planters outside the house that they removed and had hauled away. He had some other work that took him away for a couple of weeks, but other than that he and Danny were there every day. They were open to all criticisms and responded to working until I was satisfied. If something didn't quite satisfy, it was quickly redone. The outside of the house has been painted. Except for a screen porch that will be added on the back patio, I can't think of anything that the needs to be done. But if it does happen, I will be calling You Dream It, We Build it.

I found Erik's ad in our neighborhood newspaper. I then checked him out on Angie's list. In mid-January he came and walked through the house and then brought an estimate the next day. He and Danny work so well together and have wonderful ideas to improve and modernize a house. When we would seem to come to a "brick wall" on how to proceed, their ideas would start to flow. I am so happy I hired him to do the work. He truly turned my house into a home. He is easy to work with and totally respects your questions or opinions. The work was completed 4/28/2013.

All worked completed as promised. Made changes as we requested them. Easy to work with.

A know-it-all type who is not really proficient in anything (learns on the job), overcharges and does not follow instructions very well.

You Dream It came out and we discussed different possibilities, he even had an architect come out to look at the space. Final result was the project was cost prohibitive for what I'd get out of it. ($20,000)

Eric did an excellent job. He was prompt, was very thorough in his work and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Customer satisfaction is very important to him. I would definitely hire him again.

HAD LEAKAGE FROM FAULTY AIR HANDLER. HAD TO REMOVE OLD, DAMAGED CEILING AND REPLACED WITH NEW CEILING.
