We are a Residential Contracting service specializing in remodeling and additions as well as kitchen and bath renovations. We offer high quality work at a very reasonable rate. We do work for the Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Department, so that tells you that our prices are very fair and our work is impeccable. I use the same small network of subcontractors that I have carried with me from company to company before going out on my own. I am state certified, and my license number is CRC1330175. I do not employ trip charges or service fees. If interested, I will come to your residence and give you an estimate for your project(s). We are very clean, trustworthy, and honest. Wheaton Homes CRC 13330175 Contract was terminated on 3.23.2014
Failed to pay work comp insurance for employees. They were asked to leave premises by Pinellas County Insurance Inspector. Contractor was attempting to do the work himself. He did not have the skills to complete work.
We hired an Independent Inspector for the Tiling in Bathrooms. The inspection failed . We had the problems corrected by another Tile and Bathroom Company.
Interior painting was poorly done and was also inspected with pictures taken. Interior painting will have to be done again.
