Two Men And A Truck

Very smooth move. I had to move from my apartment in Altamonte Springs to my new residence in New Tampa. I was on a somewhat tighter schedule as this was the last weekend left on my apartment lease. They sent a 2 man crew and they arrived around 1pm within the promised window that the scheduler set for me. They shrunk wrap my mattress and sofa and boxed up or shrunk wrap the other furniture items. I had done my legwork as well as putting everything in totes and boxes so they could just grab them and head down to the moving van. It took them about an hour to get my stuff down from a 3rd story apartment to their moving van and they were off. They actually arrived at my new place in Tampa before I did as I was delayed completing my lease exit with the apartment community and then getting held up in traffic on I-4. Once i met the guys at the new place they had everything up and moved in within an hour. Other things to consider: I was living in a one bedroom apartment. So I did not have a lot of furniture just the basics. Bed, sofa, coffee table, couple of end tables, nightstand, a workdesk and office chair. My moving guys were professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. My items were handled with appropriate care. Overall, I am very pleased that I went with this company for my move. Things went smoothly.

They did a fine job. The movers were really good and we were so glad that they helped us pack.

Overall professional and good. They did the work in a fair amount of time. The only thing I didn't care for is they used a dolly for all pieces of furniture. I understand they probably do that for time reasons and to make the move faster. I would have preferred a little more care with certain pieces but they weren't disrespectful to anything. Overall they were good. I've had worse, but I've certainly had better too.

They were professional and on time both days. The move was complicated by items set aside for an estate sale but they worked with it and did a great job. I used them before about 15 years ago and they were great then.

I had previously used this company in September of 2013 and they were great. Unfortunately, when I had them move me a little over a year ago I was very disappointed. It has taken this long to write this review as I had did not want to do so until all the repairs for damage incurred and compensation was completed. The movers arrived on time however I was very surprised as they did not look strong enough to move furniture. It took them a very long time to get the furniture out of the condo and on onto the truck. There was a lot of damage to my furniture. It was an agonizingly lengthy process to get them to come out, look at and address the damage. They fixed some of it, replaced a glass top that had chipped and tried to touch up the damage done to my great grandmother's china cabinet and my mother's beautiful oriental screen. I had to chase after them over and over again. They would say they were coming on a particular day and then give me an excuse as to why they did not deliver the repaired piece or replaced piece when they said they would. I had to call repeatedly. Some of the pieces were not repairable and they were supposed to compensate me for the damage. I gave them every opportunity to make things right. They never did. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not use them or recommend them again.

The office was great, the operations manager was great, and the movers were great. The office and operations manager kept me informed, and the movers were friendly, fast, careful with everything, and very helpful in arranging the storage unit.

Two men came out. I would probably use them again.

Ben came to give us an estimate to move from our home that was under contract.  At the time, we did not have another home bought, so Ben gave us some ideas on storage and costs in that scenario.  Turns out, we purchased a home so that goods and furniture could be moved from one location to another.  Two men came to pack our home.  Was disappointed in one of the packers who took 4 hours to pack the kitchen.  The other packer did a good job.  So the goods were packed he next day and the moved to the new home the following day.  Two Men were on time all three days.  The movers were professional, timely and very courteous.  They put the beds, mirrors etc. back together.  Nothing was damaged or missing.  They wrapped all furniture and seemed very careful in loading and unloading it. 

The estimate was comprehensive so there were no surprises.  When I called the office, Dillon was very helpful.  I would highly recommend using this company for your next move.

There was no packing just physically moving and transporting. It went well. They were professional. They left the area clean and was on time. It took about 4 hours.

It was good. I used them twice now but each time things were broken. Which I had wrapped securely.

They were prompt on arrival and polite. They went right to the estimate. They did the move without any problems. It was an excellent experience and company.,

They were very good. I used them because they were very reasonable. I would recommend them except that last time I called them, they quoted me $1500 for moving from storage to one bedroom and I thought it was ridiculous. So if the prices are still high now, I wouldn’t recommend them. The price that I paid was good but not the price that they had initially quoted me.

It was fantastic! I did not have to do anything. They did it all. They disassembled and assembled. I just pointed where I wanted it set and they did everything. They did a fantastic job. They run in between their hour rate. They did a great job.
