carpet installation
 + -1 moreMR. LEE BRADLEY HAS SHOWN NO INTEREST IN MY REQUEST. I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MATCH THE CARPET ELSEWHERE.
Description of Work: IN 2004 I HAD SUPERIOR FLOORS PROVIDE AND INSTALL CARPET IN TWO ROOMS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID GOOD WORK. I REFERRED THEM TO MY DAUGHTER WHO HAD THREE ROOMS CARPETED BY THEM. TWO MONTHS AGO I REQUESTED THEY SELL ME THE SAME CARPET I HAD PURCHASED AND LOOSE-LAY IT IN MY TWO BATHROOMS. AN APPOINTMENT FOR MEASURING WAS SET UP BUT HE CANCELED. I'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THEN AND WAS STOOD UP TWICE IN ONE DAY. I EVEN MADE A PERSONAL VISIT TO THE SHOWROOM AND SPOKE TO THE SECRETARY. I FEEL I'VE BEEN TREATED RUDELY BY SOMEONE I MIGHT HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH IN THE FUTURE.
