Dont trust this company!There work is sloppy and there employee are not drug free .Had a techician in my home whom smelled of weed so unreal!No wonder the work they did was no only incomplete but the tankless water heater they did the electrial for never worked called them back and they acted like they didnt care .What ashit show of a company

They have good ethics. They are very honest and upfront of what I need and do not need. I have a lot of faith in this company. They do not pressure you into things that you do not need done.

On Time, Fair Price, Job Well Done

Arrived on time and made repair. Cost seemed high relative to difficulty of repair. Angie's listing said free estimate, however, when appointment was made, company advised that service call was $49.00 which means estimate cost $49.00. This should be included in Angie's list ad rather than in phone contact. I needed the repair so I agreed to the service call/free estimate charge of $49.00.

Overall, very well. Punctual, cleaned up nicely, and I was pleased. Thought the price was a little high, but I may be unrealistic.

My dealings with Sand S were completely satisfactory. I found them excellent professionals and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very highly. I already have.

Very professional, did what they said they would do and worked quickly. Brian was very pleasant to deal with.

Team of 2 came out and were very professional. Couldn't believe how quickly they replaced the ceiling fan. Tested entire home and fixed all non-working outlets. Overall great job.

Brian showed up promptly on-time, and immediately got to work on the list of items I had for him. All the work was done cleanly and professionally, and he offered some advice on one part for how I could easily do it myself. The total price was a little higher than the original cost estimate I received over the phone, but not alarmingly so, because of some unforeseen problems with the existing wiring for the well pump and in the circuit box (the switch for the pump, for example, was badly out of code, and needed to be redone entirely, from circuit to pump). He even replaced some missing outlet covers for me without extra cost, too.

They came around very quickly. They solved our problems very quickly and were very helpful. They were very friendly. I appreciated the fact that they wore booties to keep my floor clean while they worked.

Howard and Andrew were on time and ready to get the job done. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They did a wonderful job and it looks like everything was done when we purchased the house. They were very courteous and I would highly recommend to have them come out to do other things at anytime.
