Regina is wonderful. She provided excellent care for my pets and exceeded our expectations in every way. We're heading out for an extended period of time in the near future and I have no worries knowing Regina will be here caring for my pets.

Regina is the best cat sitter I've ever had! I used to think I was the only person who really understood my cat, Pasha, however Regina proved me wrong. She's very intuitive about animals and did a really thorough job of getting pet information from me. So when I'm away traveling for weeks at a time, I know from Regina's e-mails, photos and texts that Pasha is not only well-cared for, but really happy and having fun! I'd have to say I prefer Regina's personalized service over a larger company any day. She's just excellent and I highly recommend her.

Review spoiler alert: Regina is the best pet sitter. Ever. I have only had positive experiences during the 6 months she’s taken care of my 3 cats. I travel frequently for business, and she has probably visited 30 times over 10 occasions. She has accommodated last minute requests (~2 days’ notice), as well as trips that extended past my original return date. Regina always leaves handwritten notes about cat-tivities or noteworthy events during each of her visits. In addition, she sends a text message after she visits to let me know that everything is okay at the house. She provides peace of mind while I’m out of town, that the cats are okay and the house is still standing, which is invaluable for anyone that has a tendency to worry when they are away. Regina will also go above and beyond during her visits. I once tripped a breaker on my way to the airport, and she moved boxes around in the garage to get the lights working again. Totally unnecessary but much appreciated. Regina is very organized. She sent an impressive collection of paperwork to me before her consultation visit, and the questions asked about my cats’ preferences, proclivities, hiding places, medical history, etc. gave me immediate reassurance that she is knowledgeable, resourceful, and thorough. I can tell she keeps a meticulous schedule, as she always lets me know in advance if she has to visit at a different time of day than usual. On the first day of any trip she takes stock of whether the cats have enough food. One time the cats were running low on kibble and I didn’t have a backup bag, but because she let me know immediately I was able to have some delivered before they ran out. And most importantly, I can tell that Regina is a caring person and loves animals. I would recommend her to anyone, regardless of the type of pet. But really her straight-A ratings across all categories by all her reviewers speaks for itself: Hire Regina!

Regina is an excellent pet sitter.  She is prompt, accommodating, thorough and reliable.  She goes the extra mile in communicating with us when we are gone - texting nightly to let us know how the days' visits have been.  There have been occasions that I've needed her services within a few days time and Regina is always available, squeezing us in if necessary.  We've been using her services for 6 months now and we will always have Regina as our primary pet sitter!!

Regina performed her usual duties caring for our dogs letting them out to the bathroom and a little play.  She treats our girls just like they were one her own family members.  Both of us are busy working professionals and it gives us the great comfort and security knowing that such a professional individual is supplying our dogs with the greatest of care while we are away. I would highly recommend Regina to anyone of my friends or colleagues who may need for similar services for their pets.

Regina is extremely professional and caring. She visited our birds prior to our vacation, and took notes about their daily routine and care requirements. Everything went wonderfully while we were away. Regina took the time to send me quick email updates, and also left a written report for us at our house. I cannot even begin to say what a relief it is for us to have someone that we can trust that can take care of our birds in the comfort of their own home. Boarding was always a struggle as one of our birds would refuse to eat while at the vets office. Being able to have them stay at home has been a lifesaver! Regina also took out the garbage, got our paper, and washed everything that she used during their care (she didn't have to do this, but she did. It was much appreciated)! I cannot recommend her enough!

Simply put, Regina was amazing. She met with us and met our pets and we could not have asked for better care and service. She took care of my bird and my cat impeccably and took amazing notes and kept in touch with us on a tight schedule. We were wrong about our return date and she willingly took on an extra night. Regina is wonderful and my 3 pups have made a new friend. She took the time to come to my home before the first visit and took the time to meet and make friends with my 3 pups (one of which is timid with new people), asked all the right questions, toured the house and then spent time bonding with the pups.

She comes to do a 45 minute doggie visit as I need and often on short notice and is willing to include in the cost a foster dog who might be in my home at the time. She texts when she is there and leaves me a report card of sorts after each visit to let me know how everyone did.

I am happy to report that all of my pups even my timid girl have bonded with Regina and I am very pleased with her love for the dogs and her attention to detail. It is comforting to know that my babies are well cared for when I am not able to be there.

Regina took care of our Maltese while we were on a 5 day out of town vacation; she both watched our pooch and our home

I found Regina's Pet Sitting on Angie's List. I am so happy I did. She came over to meet the us and the kitties. She was very detailed and asked all the right questions. After our meeting I felt confident that our furry children would be just fine while we were out of town.
Not only did she check on them daily, letting them outside, giving them treats and playing with them, she also brought in the mail and watered our plants.
To top things off she left a sheet of paper with a daily note on how the kitties were that day. I will be doing business with her again in the future.

I found Regina through another pet sitting business. She was extremely professional and her first visit (which was free) was a consultation and introduction to my two dogs. We discussed her intended routine with my pets, as well as procedures for getting into my home, where any necessary items were located, etc. Then we went for a short walk so she could see how the dogs act while leashed and to give them time to get to know her. She took care of my dogs from October 2011 until March 2012 when I moved too far out of her area. We paid her approximately $75/week for her services. She did such a wonderful job with the pups that I certainly would have continued service with her if it had been possible! Every day when I came home from work there was always a very nice note with the date and time and a description of whether or not the dogs went to the bathroom etc. Due to the nature of my job, I often had to send Regina a text short notice to see if she could come by for a second visit and she was always available.
I highly recommend Regina for pet-sitting services! I always felt very safe giving her access to my home and I knew my pets were in good hands. She is very trust-worthy and professional and just a super nice person as well. I definitely rate her an A+++!!

Excellent experience

It went extremely well; Regina introduced herself to him before we left him with her; he went over to her home so he could familiarize himself with her environment. He was very happy and contented when we returned.
We would definitely leave our shihtzu with Regina any time we need to be away from him for any length of time.
Anyone would be extremely satisfied with her services.

Regina texted us a report at the end of each day on how the cats were doing, their playtime, how they ate and their interaction with her. When we arrived home, she had a handwritten, detailed, daily report of their activities while we were gone. Regina was a totally responsible, caring and reliable pet sitter. We can't imagine having anyone else watch our kitties now except her. We were immediately comfortable with her and our most skittish cat, Shakespurr, who disappears for hours when a stranger enters the home, was accepting head rubs and cheeks scratches from Regina after just 2 hours. We were amazed. Cannot recommend Regina's Pet Sitting Service enough!
