The service went very well. Called for estimate on 12/20/2017 and got responds right away. Order was signed the day later and actual work was performed 12/28/2017 and the following day. Quality of work looks very good.

Steve pulled up all the lose coping fixed the service and reinstalled the coping. He was able to match the grout and you can not tell the repair was done.

The lights in spa kept going out without reason. They checked it and found the problem to be that there wasn't enough power from the transformer to the spa lights to support the feed. That was why the light kept blowing out. They replaced the transformer with a stronger powered one, and changed out the fixture from a halogen to a regular bulb so it would not get so hot and last longer. They also changed out my pool light in pool. They work very hard to please the customer and are very friendly and honest.
I was very impressed with their work ethic and genuine care for my concerns regarding my pool.

Dawn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I explained to her that the last time I saw the pool was in January (seasonal house). Dawn explained that she would first have to survey the pool to determine the condition of the water i.e. green pool. She called me from the house and said other than a little debris, the pool was fine. That's what I call an honest person; my pool has been green so many times over the last few years that I wouldn't have even questioned her findings.
I was at the house for a long weekend and was surprised to see the pool company show up. I didn't get an invoice until after the work was done. Honest people.

I wasn't at the home when the work was performed but from what I see I would say the job was well done.

They come weekly for pool and spa maintenance. Overall, the experience is always good. They're prompt and complete the work in a timely manner. I'm happy with their services.
