"We are a legitimate pool company who moved out of the county and had to change our phone number. This complaint is made by a client who did not take the time to listen to the entire recorded message from the phone company, listing our new number at the end of said message. Our new address and number is updated and is quite verifiable."

"The above is primarily untrue. We had a 4:30 appt with the customer (not an "open-ended", show up any time, appt); and that specific time was to accommodate his work schedule and availability. The appt was NOT to "perform services..", but for an ESTIMATE only. That day, my mother, who has dementia and lived with us then, had a fall, broke her hip and had to be taken to the ER (hospital bills avail upon request). At 4:30, I called to reschedule the appt and spoke w/the customer, apologized, informed her of the day's events and requested to meet the next day. We never heard back from them."
