After considering this, I called back to cancel because of the unacceptable time frame. The owner Anne, was very rude to me on the phone, repeatedly interrupted me and advised she would not issue a credit for the $2,090 I put down as a deposit. I advised that I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and she advised me to do so, said that I was being unrealistic and other unprofessional things. I did purchase 2 pillows and a rug while I was there and explained that I do not have a problem paying for the items that I purchased, but will not be held responsible for items that had not shipped when I reached out to the merchant. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau who is also looking into this matter as well as my credit card company and a local media station. Word to the wise- do not do business with this merchant. Not only is what they did immoral, it is also criminal to make changes to receipts and/or add things after the sale has been made without obtaining the customer's signature and/or initials.
