OUTDOOR ODYSSEY

All those helpful individuals who represented the company throughout the sales process become unreachable once the building started.  The subcontractors used on this job were inexperienced underqualified and did an unacceptable job.  Beware of this company they will promise anything to just pass the buck off to day labor illegal immigrants.  Even the supervisor who watched the crew was never there.   During the sales process when choosing the tile the sales rep suggestions we but the tiles up against each other minimizing the grout lines for best appearances.  I actually went with the suggestion only to be amazed as the day laborers were installing the still by eye with non uniform grout lines.  When I went to ask them about it the looked at me like i was from Mars not understanding a word of English.  I had to have them redo coping as it wasn't leveled and areas were dropping into the water fall from the spa.  Please save yourself the frustration and money use a company that does the work themselves not relying on subpar subcontractors.  You are not paying for outdoor odyssey to do you work your paying cheap day labor subs.  Once the project was complete i had to have the owner come back numerous times to regrout my pool as they used different color grouts that didn't match as the day labors never paid attention when mixing solution creating a new blend everytime they mixed a new bag.  Not only did they do a terrible job but i had to fight them to get the quality up to what i expected.  It was an exercise in frustration that i would not recommend for anybody who values their money or property.  

One last comment -  after i had a few heated exchanges with the owner about the subcontractors work i found a dead racoon in my mailbox.  Good thing for me I have trained watch dogs on my property.  I am an individual who takes home saftey extremely serious and knowing this they decided to stick something inside my mailbox...who knows what these scum bags would of tried if ithey werent aware of my dogs or my seriousness when it comes to home saftey .  Beware of these guys they don't do any of their own work and the day labors they hire on the cheap wil perform below expectations.

The whole remodeling experience was done promptly, and professionally. Sean and Kevin were very responsive when we pointed out something we wanted done additionally. When a leak was discovered under the patio after the pavers were installed, the pavers were back the next day to repair the leak and repave the area.

They were professional and did a great job on resurfacing my pool, laying travertine tile on deck and rescreening the lanai.

Provided fair quote that was accurate and no hidden costs throughout job. Began and completed work in a timely manner and did a great job with clean-up. Detail-oriented and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

They are willing to work with a customer's specific requests and problems. We wanted a new porch and they designed a system above the porch that is visually appealing. I talked to four other contractors that didn't cater to my requests. They came on time and cleaned up well. I called them back later because I had another request, and they came back to help me out.

They were just the best. They were so professional and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. They were just awesome, seriously. Do not remember cost.
