When I called for quote they were right out. I explained very unhappy with current pool service as they never emptied trap by motor and now cover was so tight I couldn't open it. Explained what they would do weekly and told me they would let me know if pool needed water fill that I would need to watch the level as technician would not be able to stay that long.
